I loved the clean lines of the decor of the hotel and the rooms. It was bright and welcoming. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean. I enjoyed meeting the dogs each evening - being dog friendly is a plus!

There was some construction around the hotel, which could be distracting and a bit noisy, but I wasn’t really affected by it…not something the hotel had control over either. While it was a plus for me, some folks might not like that it’s a 15 to 20 minute drive downtown.

Location was nice (quiet, more upscale neighborhood) but I wouldn't call it touristy. If you are looking for a million bars and restaurants right outside your door then look elsewhere. That being said, we were able to walk to a few restaurants easily. Having a pool in Phoenix is a must and this hotel had one along with a clean fitness room. Unlimited bottled water. The staff was super friendly and professional. Huge shout out to the bar staff who helped us with so many recommendations and had the best personalities. Very hospitable! Clean, modern hotel that looks more expensive than it really is.

Although I loved that they had a pool, the pool chairs surrounding it weren't the cleanest (looked like food stains and bird poop) and there was a bandaid in the pool for at least a day. Weird soft humming sound in our room the last morning we were there. I would have said something if we were staying longer. Water in hall hydration area tasted stale.

The staff was amazing. I can’t recall the last time I received such great customer service. The front desk staff were helpful, genuinely friendly and welcoming. It’s a rare experience these days to talk to customer facing staff that have a personality and listen and comprehend rather than just try to numbly or robotically answer to get you to go away so they can go back to looking at their phones, I think we’ve all collectively noticed or experienced this shift in the past few years. We didn’t have any problems that we needed the staff to resolve, but even just asking a simple question about the correct place to park, we were given thoughtful and fully engaged answers with genuine kindness. It was really quite remarkable how nice they all were, even saying hello when you returned from the hotel and smiling. It was a different caliber of people at this hotel, who could think and respond and act like decent humans. Clearly management is doing something right, because you don’t get good customer service out of unhappy employees.

The lobby was nice, everything was clean, the staff were great.

The lady bartender (blonde) served us an unbelievably well-cooked salmon and skirt steak dinner - she was attentive and professional. We were blown away. Other nights we ate takeout in the lovely patio. Very relaxing. Front desk also very helpful

Would have liked to have Decaf Coffee pods in the room. I extended my stay, confirmed at the desk and was successful in keeping same room, but desk didn't remind me to get room key re-keyed so had to come back down.

We loved the atmosphere of this hotel. It has a European style and feel. It's very simple yet elegant. I spoke to a Manager named Joe who offered to make me a cup of coffee when the brewed coffee ran out. Very nice staff as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone for a leisure stay!

The breakfast menu was a somewhat limited.

Location was perfect close to Biltmore plaza quiet neighborhood and Alex the front desk manager

I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels for business and vacation. Usually there is something that is wonky in the facility. There is NOTHING wrong with this property. It’s perfect

Very comfortable place to stay, the staff very friendly and the place in general was neat

Nobody did the cleaning of my room, and nobody told me it was upon request, I was too busy to check and literally I had the time to ask when I was checking out, a sign at the frontdesk about this would be a good idea. I stayed there from january 26th till january 31st

We loved breakfast! it was additional 16.95 but well worth it. We liked eating out on the patio in the a.m. The exercise room had really up-to-date equipment. We also liked the lay out of our room and that it was on the 5th floor. In the evening we sat outside and had wine and appetizers. The pool was nice, although, we prefer the temperature to be warmer. We found a pizza place about two miles from the hotel that had wonderful pizza. There is a mall really close by but not much interested in shopping. They do have a ice cream store that is quite popular. We have been to Phoenix many times and love the Desert Botanical Gardens. The hotel honored our 50th Wedding Anniversary with a gift card for use in the hotel. There is no charge for parking and no resort fees. Highly recommend!

The pool was heated but not warm enough for us.

Modern and clean. I loved whatever air scent they used in the lobby. I can only describe it as very fresh. (I believe that smells tells you a lot about the cleanliness of a space) I can tell if a scent was used to mask an odor or if the scent is just from cleanliness. This just smelled clean.. My room also had a pleasant scent. This really stood out to me because I had just stayed at a different hotel under another chain that I won't mention which had a slightly unpleasant odor. I digress.. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the layout of the room. Against the wall is an attractive bench which can be used for luggage or additional seating. Loved the modern fixtures in the bathroom. Good lighting. Functional space. Location was good as well. Nice area with quick access to shops and restaurants. In summary, the AC Biltmore in Phoenix was top notch for me. This has definitely made my list of must stays when I return to Phoenix.

The air vent in our room was a bit noisy but it wasn't intolerable.
