The room was spacious. The A/C worked and there was hot water. We didn’t have a chance to take advantage of the swimming pool or jacuzzi, but others seemed to enjoy it. The breakfast was nice, and so were the complimentary happy hour drinks.

It was showing signs of age but our room wasn’t bad. The front door did not seal around the edges and when closed, still let in a lot of sound and light through the gaps. Some weather stripping would probably help.

the breakfast was fresh and made to order and facilite for breakfast and cook were both great and not very long to wait on breakfast. the cook was very professional and fast and happy and smiling and talking to the customers making them feel comfortable. the location is off a main road and during traffic rush hour will take time to get out, but other then that it was a very good location and freeway close by. Children hospital is within walking distant and CVS Pharmacy and Quick Stop Station for gas & snacks very convenient and shopping mall very close. So happy and will be back again if another opportunity arises. I love my handicap room and my husband is handicap and he was very happy with facilities and room.

There is nothing i didn't like. I will return here again. My husband is handicap and I was worry we will not be able to check in earlier and would have to wait for check in time. I call the facilities and they told we could for a small fee which I paid and it was worth it. Thank you. Traveling with handicap person I feel all facilite should allow handicap travels to check in earlier due to their physical abilities and situations. My husband don't do well traveling and we need to get him in a room right away to calm him.and start his medication and give him time to adjust to the travel.

Beds were very comfy. Breakfast made by JR was excellent. By the third morning he knew exactly what I wanted. Most evenings at happy hour, Andy was there to serve us and tell us the history of the hotel. Andy also does maintenance on the property. Being a smaller Embassy Suites, it almost felt like home. Pool and hot tub very nice and clean also.

The property is older and I feel needs some renovations.

I had ended up loosing my granddaughter Amora at Pch on Sept 1st 2021 and I had forgotten about my Stuff there at this hotel til I received a text and I told her my situation and she was an Angel and locked my room til I got my stuff I just wanted to say she is the Best never got to meet her in person but you have an amazing employee I wished I could hug her

I love the made to order breakfast. the beds were comfortable.

I didn’t like the heating/cooling system they have. it was freezing the entire time.

Was on top floor and room had a balcony which I was pleased to have. The area was good for me and my family to fit. LOVED the breakfast! Looked forward to eating, Thank You!

I requested more towels but never got them. I was gone most of day and missed Happy Hours.

Nice spacious comfortable room. Breakfast was amazing! Made to order omelets, eggs snd potatoes.

The price was very expensive. Wasn’t worth the cost

The night shift and day shift receptionists were so friendly and sincere! Our room was much bigger than we anticipated and it was very clean. The happy hour that was held was perfect for us about to leave for a concert and the bartender/hotel staff was friendly and genuine as well.

Clean, great pool and good breakfast

You can tell it needs to be updated. You know it's clean but since it's older it doesn't really give that feeling.

It was alil outdated. Bathrooms small for a big guy and the the patio was locked off. One of the main reasons I booked the room was to chill on the patio.
