I'm very impressed with the hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. There was plenty of parking spots in front of the entrance available and we didn't need to use the adjacent parking garage, which made loading and unloading the car much easier. I liked the fact that they actually take steps towards having a more eco friendly hotel and limit the amount of disposable items that people go through during the stay. Hot breakfast options were prepared fresh, there were ceramic mugs available for people dining in, jams were provided in large glass jars and baked goods weren't packaged in single use plastic. The area felt very safe and well maintained, which was one of our priorities. It was the best birthday trip experience I could ask for.

Location was great, pool was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Liked the mesquite honey at the yogurt bar in the morning. Liked that we had two queen beds and a couch.

Paid parking was a surprise expense even though we did not use the garage. We found parking next to the hotel. There was a makeup sponge inside one of the coffee cups, which was gross, but easy to overlook by housekeeping. Breakfast was okay but the chef was warming up the breakfast sandwiches - no option for vegetarian or only sausage.

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel.. very modern and clean, friendly staff, comfy beds and nice amenities! The continental breakfast was really good (fruit was superb)!

Someone was running up and down the hall on the floor directly above us and it shook the floor/was loud. This went on for about an hour (must’ve been a young child). I did not sleep well at all because of that and I had a big hike planned the following day.

Excellent service and room! Reception was understanding that my ID did not match my booking information, me being transgender and not having changed my name legally yet🥲 The modern wood aesthetic throughout the hotel and room was what hooked me. The two person studio room was gorgeous, spacious and just what I was hoping for😍 The bed was the right firmness and the bedding enough to be comfortable at night even with the AC on. The shower, heating, water pressure and soaps were perhaps the best I've luxuriated in. The spaciousness of the shower enclosure was especially enjoyable. Breakfast was an omelette with options to grab other stuffs like muffins, pastries, fruit. One could also assemble a parfait. It was tasty and filling!

The coffee maker only had one button. I only needed to use it for the hot water, but hitting the same button when it had dispensed enough didn't turn it off. I unplugged it from the wall and replugged it, and it continued to dispense water. There were no sensors for it to detect that it was even out of water and no settings for cup size. The cook for breakfast misgendered me and my partner by calling is sir. I really discourage against any service workers using formal address due to the issues inherent to needing to guess someone's gender. Even if you guess right, and do so 98% of the time, it's impossible to know someone's preferences without asking as gender identity is internal and gender expression does not necessarily match it.

The breakfast. They make it for you so as you’re gathering up some pastries, or cereal, you’ve got time to do it. They’re stocked up with fruit, as well as a convenient condiment center to make a parfait with whipped cream and the like. Toasted Bagel sandwiches is then ready to be served to you by a handsome guy.

For some reason, there were a few gnats in the room, couldn’t figure out where they were coming from but I thought that was kind of odd. There was one dead gnat inside a coffee disposable cup.

This is a very clean and bright hotel. Rooms are very nice and spacious and staff friendly and helpful. There is a nice brewery/restaurant right across the street which is very convenient. There is a bar in the hotel but it is only open after 5:00pm. Overall a great place.

Would be nice if they had a shuttle but perhaps I'm being a little too picky.

Ery good breakfast. Very convenient location if you have a car. Desk staff very helpful.

The blackout blind in our bedroom was down the duration of our stay. Appears no one was a available to fix it, however the front desk spontaneously removed several charges and gave us a discount

We enjoyed the small kitchen in our room. The cleanliness was great. The swimming pool was great. The breakfast was great. The front staff was great. The beds were very comfortable.

The parking lot is small. Need more breakfast selection..

We liked everything about the facility. Just a few minor things. We will be going back for sure!

Didn't like how they charged you $12 a day for the parking garage when we never parked in there. And the guy that was cooking breakfast was a little rude Sunday morning. And the pool was not heated like we were told it was

The staff was friendly and the room and all facilities were very clean

I was not notified of the additional charge of the parking garage at the time of checkin nor did I see it was required at the time of booking.
