The nice gentleman on night. Hot breakfast

Got in a room that wasn’t cleaned. The sheets, pillow cases clearly have been slept on & visible dirt-hairs in the sheets..but the nice gentleman in the front desk came up to bring fresh linens.. then offered to move us to another room—it was an upgrade room— didn’t really mattered if it was an upgraded room— we just wanted a clean/fresh room to sleep on for the night.. it was really late night 11sh; me, the senior & toddler were exhausted. Once we moved to another room— can really tell that room was made— clean, sheets were nicely made & clean. Thanks to the gentleman, who moved us. Glad there’s available room!

The area was a good area, close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was good! Get there early most food was gone by 8 am. but they had bacon, eggs, cereal, waffles, toast coffee.

The room could have been a smidge cleaner, it was dusty. There could have been more towels. There was only one large towel and a hand towel. I used the hand towel for a bathmat since the floor was really slippery. Overall a good stay and I would stay again.

First the hot ub was down and the website didn't mention that. Second when we went into theroom only 1 lamp would turn on, found out the other 2 lamps didn't have a y bulbs in them. The front desk said they would have some bulds brought to us but they never brought them. Third the batteries in the remote needed changing. If the maid would have done her whole job right these would have been taken are of before we were put in the room. The pool was could also.j I know this sounds like petty things but they all add up and one reason we selected your motel is it had ahot tube.

It was in a convenient location for our intended event. It was clean, quiet and friendly. We would stay here again if we’re in the area.

The main door to the room could have been set better when they remodeled. There were large air and light gaps on the perimeter. Also, during the remodel, the size and height of the toilets could be addressed. While we understand we are not handicapped in any manner, we have adapted our home(s) with taller commodes to make our lives significantly easier. At our age, deep knee bends are inconvenient!

Great location, very nice staff! Easy access from parking to the elevators to the rooms. Very good breakfast! Eggs, Bacon, Toast, Hash Browns paddies, plus the usual cereal and fruit, (bananas), and yogurt and juice and coffee. I really enjoyed it.

Not a big deal - I found it odd that there were no pictures hanging on the walls. A very minor point, not a negative but just a curious thing.

The location was great for what we needed. I appreciated the light by the rooms so you weren't completely in the dark entering your room there was a nice selection for breakfast to.

We requested a room close to an elevator or on the front floor due to my husband not being able to walk far. Our room was on 3rd floor and not near the elevator. The guy at the front desk was not that friendly but the rest of they staff I encountered was.

This place we great and I was so happy with the full sized fridge and inclusive breakfast. Plumbing in the bathroom was a little janky: toilet was hard to flush and sink knobs were weird and the pool had a lot of silt at the bottom but I really enjoyed my stay regardless.

The price was great. The room and grounds were clean. The bed was fairly comfortable and the bedding felt fresh and clean. It was very quiet throught my stay.Having a refrigerator and microwave was a plus. Breakfast included a good selection and the hours were long enough.

I had to park in the back when my room was in the front and it was a bit confusing finding the room and which staircase to go up. The rooms with ice and vending on the map were locked and looked as though they were being used for storage but there was ice in the breakfast area.

Weird greeting on arrival….I arrived on my bicycle after dark and the Receptionist was outside. On arrival I walked towards the door only to be questioned rather abruptly “What did I want?” to which I replied - To Check in if possible. I think the guy thought i might be a vagrant?!

The breakfast was good , the hasbrowns were a little too hard but overall it was good. The location was nice

I didn’t like how no one came to clean the room. I’m use to being gone and the room is clean. The floor was extremely dirty like it hasn’t been mop. My socks was dirty on the bottom of my feet
