We just passed thru town. The ratings seemed low but the locations was convenient. I figured it was just for a night but I was pleasantly surprised when I got there. It had recently been completely renovated, the staff was very nice and the beds were really comfortable. We didn't use it but they also have a nice indoor pool. Breakfast was great. This was probably the nicest Quality in we have stayed at. There was also lots of parking for our motorhome. This is hard to find at a lot of hotels

I was a little worried because of the bad reviews I have read but they completely exceeded my expectations. The room was completely renovated and clean. The price was absolutely incredible for the stay. The bed was comfortable and they had a pool and breakfast in the morning. I mean for around 60$ you can not get any better than that. Will absolutely come again. We initially looked for a place to stay in flagstaff and all the hotels were well over 100$ with terrible ratings. We literally just travels like a little more than 40 minutes to get this much better and cheaper place to stay.

I usually don’t stay in motels but there is not a big option in this small town. This one is renovated in a cozy modern Motel with modern living room vibe. I’m positive surprised and would definitely stay here again.

The room i was given did not have a microwave. I went to the front desk and asked if there were any extras. The manager stated there were no extras and apologized so I made arrangements with a coworker to use the one in their room. A few hours later i had a knock on my door and the front desk attendant was holding a brand new in the box microwave.

not sure why this property has such a low rating, I thought it was absolutely wonderful!!! the location, the set-up of parking it like a motel but it’s a hotel (I love parking outside my room), the wonderful lady at the front desk, the room and lobby were very modern.

The glitches to booking.com sucks. I had to double Pay you guys have my booking dates wrong with the same confirmation number I ask to speak with Manager no one could get me 2 one. Also said they would call me back in 20 min they didn't

The beds and pillows were top notch. The room was surprisingly clean, wasn’t really expecting it. The WIFI was good also.

The staff was professional, courteous and helpful.The room was clean and comfortable.

The access to the room was a little difficult. The keys cards worked on the downstairs entry hall worked but by the time we got to the room only 1 crd worked. We had to replace both cards twice just to get our stuff from our car.

It was super clean and comfortable. They had microwave, fridge, tv, and coffee maker in the room. They didn’t have breakfast but coffee with cream and sugar.

I wish they had breakfast.

Oh my goodness! The staff was amazing! The lobby was really clean. The grounds were clean. The room was clean. We stayed an extra night.

There is nothing I didn’t like.
