Helpfulness of desk clerk finding us a room (tried to get a room online--then came in--no vacancy at first--then we were leaving---desk clerk ran out after us said we have vacancy--that was nice

getting a call at 2:30 am saying we were in the wrong room--and if we were part of some construction company working in the area-----

Beds were comfy and clean. Staff went out of their way to help us with a late night plumbing issue. A microwave and mini fridge in room. Price for a suite in this area was AMAZING!

Mostly cosmetic items: cracked lampshades and stained bathtub. AC unit wasn't working. Walls near kitchenette/bathroom need to be spot cleaned (please tell me that's food and not vomit), as do door frames.

Everything was very clean!

My only negative would be that there was no parking near my room. I had to park on the side of the building and walk around to the other side and continue to walk half way down the back of the building. Being that I’m handicapped, this was very difficult for me. I will take part of the blame for this since I neglected to advise the hotel of my disability. The staff was very courteous and stated that they would have happily moved me if the hotel hadn’t been fully booked.

Decent sized room. Everything worked properly. The location was easy enough to find. All of the staff I dealt with were friendly. The beds were comfortable enough. There was a Safeway right across the street. A McDonalds just down the road.

I can't really think of anything that I did not like. All of my expectations were met. Even though we were next to a freeway, I did not hear any road noise. There was a parking lot next to the hotel full of 18-wheelers, and I did not hear them at all.

The place was clean and tidy but a lick of paint round the place wouldn't go a miss especially the rooms doors.

The lady on front desk was ignorant and rude she needs some customer service training. All the other hotels we stopped the front desk people have been welcoming and helpful.

I am a long-distance biker, and travel aroud the US. This location was convenient to town, food and a coffee shop right next door. The facility was clean and quiet. The staff was exceptional.

I have to say I have no complaints. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Iwas only there for 1 night to sleep and shower before leaving for the next ride.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We got a very good night's sleep.

WIsh the place served breakfast, but there are places to eat nearby.

Good enough. Bathroom hard to flush. Faucet made a lot of noise when u turn it on

The receptionist. Made me think that my name is not on the check in list. Each room should have their own parking space.

The exterior is kind of shady and unwelcoming. However, the rooms are great and very clean. Very budget-friendly. Much recommended. Maybe they can work on improving the exterior look somewhat.

We liked that the motel was run well, it's clean, the wifi worked as did the TV. In the toiletries that were supplied there was also a hand sanitiser.

Unfortunately there was no breakfast but right next door is a lovely independent coffee shop which does do breakfast.
