The customer service was excellent from the moment you walked in the front door. I believe they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything at all, don’t hesitate to let them know.

I feel like you need to put some type of safety mat in the shower is very slippery. I ended up putting a towel in the bottom of the bathtub so that I didn’t fall. It might be something that they might want to look into. I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way

The location was perfect as we were in town for a funeral. We got to the services easily and yet we were close to many eating places and shopping if needed, Night staff {a man} at the desk took good care of us. Although we didn't need it, there was a machine to put a disabled person in the sauna or the pool. In all of our traveling, we had never seen such. How thoughtful!

The jets flying overhead and hearing the trains come into town. Despite this noise, we would stay here again.

Breakfast was very good

Your representative was engaged in a side-conversation in another language while I was attempting to communicate with her. I my humble opinion, unless it is an emergency, the customer should be attended to FIRST before continuing to communicate with employees or friends. In my culture that is considered very rude.

The young man checking us in was wonderful! He made fresh coffee for us, answered a few questions about the hotel and vicinity. The young lady who was taking care of breakfast was great. Fresh fruit & oatmeal was great!

The items provided to eat though were not so good. Rubbery egg omelets are just not our thing.

The beds were very comfy only disappointment we didn't have access to Movie Channels which we were willing to pay for but was not offered. Had a little trouble figuring out the TV

No access to movie channels like HBO SHOWTIME or any of those networks

The complementary breakfast very nice, The staff were most helpful!!! The location close to the mall was great.

There were no amenities in the bath (Shampoo, toothpaste , lotion) and there were no plastic cups/glasses if one needed a drink of water.

The breakfast was good and there was a wide variety of food to choose from, including eggs, waffles, fresh orange juice, yogurt, cereal, etc. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable.

The hotel needs better pool towels. Larger. The towels.we were given were probably just 1' x 2'. We were given extra. The young man at the desk was Very accommodating. Would stay again!

good breakfast, nice new and clean and away from inner city. would be excelent except for railroad noise and door gap on entry door. would reccomend to others.
