The outside is cute as a button and our room had obviously been recently renovated. Nice and quiet :-) There's a great burger place just up the street, too!

I've gotta side with some of the other reviews... A coffee pot in the room would be so nice. We can live without breakfast; but, investing in a couple dozen coffee makers seems like a good idea for this cozy space.

The staff were amazing. The renovations are very nice but they could have also put new doors on. The new bathroom was very clean and countertops are beautiful. The lighting in the room was above any lighting I have ever seen in a motel.

The mattress really needs to be replaced. The metal frame under the bed squeaked every time you moved in bed. The microwave also needs to be replaced as the door was melted and did not feel safe using it.

Even though the outside of the motel hasn't been renovated/updated, my room was clean, modern, comfortable, motel is conveniently located and quiet. I will stay here again and will recommend to friends looking for accommodations in Yuma.

I arrived much sooner than anticipated so inquired with the gentleman at front desk about early check-in (check-in time was 3pm). He said I could cancel my online booking and re-register directly with him and quoted the same price to check in one hour early, at 2pm. I was hesitant to cancel my online reservation so declined. He continued trying to get me to cancel online booking yet I was firm. In the end, he said I could check in at 2pm. Don't appreciate pushy people.

Location. Reasonable price. Sociable desk clerk. Good parking. Nice materials used for recent remodeling.

The top of the bathroom baseboards needed to be cleaned. The bottom of the bathroom door frame where it met the floor also needed attention, maybe even replacement.

Convenient location to MCAS Room was exceptionally clean 😃 Beds/pillows were comfortable Parking in front of room. Room was small but nice.

Desk clerk never said a word to me, he stayed on his phone the entire time. He just gave me a card to fill out but didn't tell what needed filled out? (Still video chatting on phone!) Gave me the room key and shut the window. Thanks dude for the hospitality 😳 Room was small but nice. AC didn't cool very well.

The hotel is always very clean. They recently updated the rooms.

No coffee maker. That is something that is inexpensive to provide. I like my coffee in the morning before I have to be on my way.

Quiet motel. My car was parked right in front of my room. Felt safe there.

No soap! No coffee! That is tragic.

good location, single floor (no stairs to room), well remodeled room good bath counter, good furniture.

I prefer a shower stall to a bathtub with shower. A bathtub is acceptable but the safety bar makes stepping into and out of the tub dangerous.

it was quiet! food and grocery store were nearby! also not far from the freeway! room was clean , the AC was loud but it did the job!

no peephole in the door, I see this as a safety precaution, especially traveling alone

I've stayed at this property several times and it is always clean and comfortable. It has no frills, but what it does offer are comfort and value. I recommend this hotel!

There is no coffee maker in the room. That would be nice in the morning.
