Holiday Inn Yuma, an IHG Hotel

Everything about this hotel was top notch... the entire staff was friendly and engaging, the lobby and grounds were impeccable, and the room was awesome. One of my big complaints is bad lighting in the bathroom, this had a great lighted mirror for makeup, plenty of hooks and storage and outlets and a fridge and microwave... it was like Christmas! I can not recommend this hotel enough, would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! My husband, two senior dogs and I traveled from Scottsdale to San Diego and decided to stay in Yuma on our way back to break up the trip. It was the best decision ever and one we will continue do utilize on each trip going forward. A 6 hour drive is a bit long for us. Stopping halfway, we were able to swim, jacuzzi, have a great meal and have a great night’s sleep. It made our vacation feels so much longer by treating yourselves to a break in between the drive. The food was unbelievably delicious, as well. We shared a burger, french fries and Caesar salad that was also beyond our expectations for a chain hotel bar meal.

Breakfast was good. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay for it because I was under the impression it was free with the room. The staff were nice.

I really didn't find anything wrong with our stay. Except a TV guide of some type would have been nice, or a list of restaurants that deliver would have been nice too.

Asked about breakfast amd apparently you have to qualify in order to get anything and they serve whatever it is in the bar! Cost more than Hampton amd more than Holiday Inn Express amd they serve breakfast.

I have never stayed at a holiday inn facility and really only did so because my normal Hilton properties were priced far too high. I was absolutely blown away by what a great, clean, updated, affordable and comfortable facility this is.

Excellent Service and friendly staff. They cheerfully helped me with an important document printing request. It helped out with an important business transaction. They are now my favorite place to stay in Yuma and will recommend them to my friends visiting Yuma.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were modern and large sizef with a bed that was the best bed ever, on firm side but still soft. The hamburger place was really good. Will be telling others to stay here!

Great location, clean property, wonderful views of the city below! Rooms are spacious and elegant.

Staff was unable to provide a workspace/room for me; I needed to teach a virtual class (I'm a teacher) after checkout time, and they told me I would have to sit in the restaurant or in the hallway.

Great place, Relaxing Mode Away from everyone and enjoy your peaceful time in paradise. Beside and all around the building an facility there's markets shoping mall plus extra groceries stores around next to us there's an exceptional Restaurant AppleBees and etc a new building too. looks great an awsome.

Everything was good. It's Yuma, so location is ok. As far as value, I think they could have at least offered a 10% discount considering we are risking staying there during a pandemic. Front desk staff, especially Gerardo was great. He was friendly, good with restaurant recommendations and waitress at BurgerTheory was also very good.
