Basically the breakfast consisted of cold cereal, stale muffins, and juice. It was pretty pathetic! I have stayed at competitors and they provided a assortment of items, toast/bagels, waffles/batter, fresh fruit, cereal, juices, yogurt, coffee, danish’s. Yours was terrible! That was main reason I booked at another hotel for recent visit.

Really? Everything could be better! It was that bad. The attitude of attendant was disconnected and busy on cellphone. I was really amazed at how terrible it was! Wyndham or Howard Johnson’s you can do so much better than that!

We have stayed here several times. I know what to expect every time we stay here. Will book here again if ever back iin Yuma.

I felt sorry for the staff as the lobby a/c was not working. However the staff was dealing with the situation as good as could be expected. I thought the mmagment should have had it fixed more quickly. We arrived on Sunday and left on Tuesday and it had not been repaired. It was very uncomfortable for the the staff and for anyone who had to take care of business in the lobby.

Nice room and nice people.

They say they are pet friendly, but they don't allow cats. They made an exception since I had a reservation and via booking.com I was told my cats were accepted. However, you're either pet friendly or you're not - if you say you are and then discriminate against cats and cat people, that's not right. Aside from the pet issue, they chain unreasonable deposit of $200 which discriminates against people who don't have access to such funds.

The Hotel is due for a remodel. I'm not a complainer, so I'll just ask corporate management to come see for themselves. It's just due. That said, I was not disappointed. A perfectly fine stay for the money.

Noise from the street in the back-side room. Rude hotrodders or jerks with hot pick-ups sped along behind us. The buzzed by at high speed (in the city traffic). Their mufflers were really loud. Get a room in front if you can.

refurbished rooms are nicely done.

1) Access to upstairs rooms a little inconvenient. Closest stairs for my stay meant walking through the lobby to back side of building, then walking through the upper balcony instead again to get to outside front. 2) TV remote/ cache system is awkward to use. Hard to get the channel you want to turn on. 3) Breakfast has been considerably downscaled to muffins, granola bars and oatmeal packets. Oh and small oranges. Gets old after 3 days.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Lobby was beautiful in its colour scheme and especially the murals. Room was large and storage good as well as ample plugs. Having a coffee maker, microwave and fridge was nice. Bed was great. Had a really good sleep and the room was nice and dark. Loved the toilet and sink being in its own room. Large counter space outside it was nice. Two chairs and a small table was great to play cards on. Pool and sitting out areas were nice and refreshing. Loved my time sitting out and reading. For breakfast we just had muffins and juice which was good. They did also have cereal. Room was good for the value.

Having to go through the lobby after the pool to get to my room. The bars you hang on to getting into the pool were burning hot. Some form of covering would be great. The grills didn't look too clean. Being a senior and the toilet too low. A grab bar would have been wonderful. The room was nice except for the accent wall where no painter's tape was used. The large counter in the room needed to be redone and an edge put on it. Also found the bathroom door at the bottom really dirty.

Excellent location - walking distance to shopping and franchise dining, 5minutes to municipal golf course, on a main drag close to many non franchise restaurants. Breakfast - nothing special - packaged pastries, cold cereal, and oatmeal.

Southside rooms have plenty of night time street noise.

Last minute booking price

I am a disabled veteran and there were no rooms with a king size bed on the first floor and no elevator. Made it very difficult mobility wise and was never even offered something similar on the first floor even at check in and mentioned that I was a disabled veteran.

The room was super clean and nice. It was an excellent value.

The front desk clerk needs customer service training. Never even came close to a smile. Didn't bother explaining where the room was and just glared at us as if we were criminals. This was only one.pwrson late at night, but training would be recommended.

The continental breakfast. They could serve fresh pastries from Sprouts Markets instead of the packaged muffins they picked up at Circle K. We left and ate breakfast elsewhere. You would be better to not serve breakfast and just provide a coffee bar. As this was the only disappointment of the stay.
