I loved everything about the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The front desk lady greeted you with the utmost respect and had a smile on her face. "That's a big plus with me." The rooms were clean & comfortable. The overall atmosphere was pleasant. The vibe was outstanding. My grandkids were not ready to leave. We most definitely recommend this hotel. BEST STAY 10⭐️

The room was clean except for the sleeper sofa. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet even though close to I-30. The hotel was easily accessible from the interstate and close to a variety of stores and restaurants. The hotel personnel was very friendly & professional from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The young lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable about the area including the surrounding restaurants. She even voluntarily called one restaurant to find out their hours of operation for us. We will definitely return the next time we're in the area.

Sleeper sofa appeared dirty - could use a good upholstery cleaning. When I sat down, it felt like I was going to the floor. After standing up, I noticed that it sagged in the middle

The room we had was very large, the shower was great, they had a don't stocked breakfast area. The staff was very friendly. It was super easy access to hwy 30. The curtains were black out, so you could have a dark room to sleep in. We were just passing through and checked in late after a tough drive, so it was a very pleasant stay to rest, recuperate and move on.

The dining area was really cool that morning, but we had jackets.

Breakfast was excellent. The woman serving/attending was delightful and kind.

Maybe a coupon to save a little money. For instance, we stayed 2 nights in a row at this hotel branch because they were so nice. Maybe you could give a coupon as incentive to stay in the same hotel as your customers are traveling across the country.

Everything, beds was comfortable, had a good breakfast, easy to get to and friendly staff.

The pool hours could have been longer. They could have had extra cover in the room with out asking for it.

Very clean. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good as well. There was a mixup on our room but the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Could use more luggage carrier’s. You only have two. There were two cars parked at the front doors that were holding up the unloading at checkin. one was working on theirs and other was unloading laundry then just left it sit there.

then we didn’t like about our trip. There was too many chemicals in the pool, and we could swim.

Clean and nice location

My only complaint was the unit outside our window was extremely loud. It would come on and go off all night so I did not rest much.

We have stayed here a few times and the accommodations are always amazing! The room is clean, the staff is nice and the location is super great!
