We loved the beds, the staff that welcomed us was phenomenal, our housekeeper Ms. Hernandez was exceptional. Thank you she was right on time. The man who welcomed us in could have been a little more friendly, but hey. Over all the night, attendee was there she was great even Saturday her energy was very welcoming and she did not disappoint. My apologies for no names. But we were moving so fast, it completely slipped my mind to write them down.

The light in our bathroom flickered when it felt any vibration, such as a door shut or if you bumped the wall. The light would flicker. The rear exit door did not lock, nor was it secure the entire time we were there. The tree on the walkway was so overgrown that we had to walk all the way around it, making you walk in the mud because the ground was wet. These were just small things the hotel could do up keep on to make it more secure and efficient for the guests. Other than that, it was a great stay for the price, location. The pool entertainment area was clean, and the toddler area did not work. But all else was okay.

The bed was really comfortable and the bedding (especially the sheets) were the softest I have ever felt at a hotel, including some high-end ones.

The bathtub didn't drain very well while showering. The position of the sofa bed made it difficult to get around it when it was out, as it was almost touching the desk.

The initial check in was uncomfortable. The guy seemed upset that I requested to see the room first before completing the reservation. After we were able to get past this moment everything was great and all other staff members were awesome. I will definitely use this hotel again when I visit my grand kids.

This stay was hands down the best stay we have ever had at a hotel. The rooms were huge and were so clean. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Front reception staff was friendly as ever and very helpful. It was quiet, conveniently located close to just about anything you needed and very informative.

There is definitely not enough parking in this parking lot. There are lots of spaces but most of them are labeled for I assume a contracted out company and they say reserved for... and all others will be towed. We ended up having to park next door where there were only a few spaces and walk down the road a hair to our hotel.

it seemed clean. the water temperature and pressure in the bathroom was amazing! the beds were comfortable. check in and out process was simple and quick. breakfast was good. had good parking.

on closer look there were small spots on walls were the paint was missing. the pool was nice but had big clumps of hair in it. not their fault but maybe clean out the pool more often.

Breakfast was good the kids loved it they love that you can make your own waffles

The splash pad did not work and they didn't tell you that you would not be refunded or compensated they had a note when you first come in stating that the splash pad was not working

The breakfast was nice. I loved the waffle machine and the staff was very helpful. The juice machine had a minor issue and she was quick to resolve the problem.

The orange juice in the juice machine was expired. When I told the lady who was running the breakfast about the juice not tasting right, she was quick about checking the machine and saw it was expired. She changed the juice out and everything was good afterwards.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean.

Had trouble with sink and bathtub stoppers. As I took my shower, water started to rise in the tub, the stopper was open but still drainage was slow. Same thing happened in the sink as I washing my face.

Breakfast was good kids loved that u could make ur own waffles

That they didn't tell you that the splash pad was not working and you want get get compensated or a refund for the splash pad not working it was being renovated

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was poor, but assuming that was due to Covid.
