Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Little Rock Benton

We really enjoyed our stay. We have a family of 5 and our 2 rooms were close together (the staff happily accommodated our request, as I booked 2 rooms separately), the breakfast was hot and delicious, and my kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The location of the hotel is close to many stores and restaurants, and a central location for all of our needs while we stayed in Benton. Terri and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we visit our Benton family again.

Nothing to improve, all was great!

The bed was fantastically comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. Being able to access our Netflix was a plus. The hotel was clean, well lighted, and tastefully decorated.

The breakfast was terrible....powdered egs, prepackaged sausage sandwiches, and carbs. Marriott has a better reputation than the breakfast portrayed. I would step up my game in this area if I were Marriott.

The location was great. It was close to friends, & there were good restaurants close by. The staff was GREAT! Especially the young man that checked us in when we arrived. I am so sorry that I do not remember his name. He was so helpful with providing information about the area that we needed. He was professional, patient, answered any questions that we had with a smile, and just an overall great attitude. He was a young articulate, African American, male.

There were ants in the room!! I only saw one on our first evening. I did not see any the second day although, we were gone most of the day and evening. I saw several on the day we were leaving. Perhaps, there needs to be weekly extermination in all of the rooms to get rid of the ANTS.

Our stay was pleasant, the hotel has the new smell, staff was friendly, breakfast was good for “pandemic” time, we had an event right next door at the Benton event center, so it was perfect for us.

The only downfall was the cleaning service, we asked for our room to be cleaned twice and, once in the morning while we were out & then again in the afternoon once we saw they didn’t pass by the morning. Another thing was parking. They allow pick up trucks with trailer to park in the hotel parking lot taking up to 4-5 spaces, when right in-front of the hotel is a opened space lot for tractor trailer.

Staff, cleanliness, updated facilities, and location to dinning were all positive points. Staff was courteous and helpful. The room and workout area were clean and one could walk to a restaurant if s/he wanted or drive to others in just a few minutes.

The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and this made for a awkwardness when one had to use the restroom as there were 3 of us. It looked like the rooms had been remodeled recently and someone forgot to hook the fan back up.

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was mediocre but adequate to get us on our way. We loved that there are two restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel, so we didn't have to get back in the car after a long travel day.

Location & facilities

Front desk staff could be more attentive and knowledgeable about the property. Breakfast staff trying to keep up, a lot of items out, in wrong containers, etc.

It was very clean. The check-in was quick and easy. The rooms were updated and very well put together for the price of the hotel. I have nothing else to say. This is forcing me to write more than I would like.

The fact that you are forcing me to write up a paragraph for your hotel is kinda annoying. There were sometimes where there were no workers at the front desk. The breakfast seemed like it could be better.

Everything was good ...I didn't eat there ...I didn't try the pool or fitness room ...I came in to see my kids ...and had to cut my trip short ..

One night stay was pricey

Nice hotel, walmart across the highway, Applebee's next to it. Worth the stay

Hotel was fine. Booking messed up my reservation and tried to blame it on the hotel. Luckily Ms. Halaina was able to get it fixed and made the best attempt to right their wrong
