The check-in process was very nice considering we had such a late one coming in. They staff was very friendly and helped us understand the necessary details. The room was also very comfortable and clean!

We were a little disappointed with the breakfast since there was limited hot food options especially given the cold weather. There was only microwaveable breakfast sandwiches except for the waffles in terms of hot breakfast. It was hard to find a comfortable temperature for the shower as well; it was either too hot or too cold and hard to find the middle.

Front Desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. Asked if we would prefer to have a lower level room close to the end of building to help with shorter walk from car to room to help my 84 year old Mom and help me with unloading and loading our bags we needed. Was excellent choice and really help us both instead of second floor room we were booked in when reservations were made.

Excellent staff and very accommodating. Every interaction was pleasant. The hotel was also very quiet and we felt at home. Also, Cracker Barrel was right across the street and Walmart was less than a half of a block away. Ideal location.We felt like we were home.

The location for accessing interstate as well as the distance between hotel to Hot Springs + Little Rock.

Breakfast....I realize with the COVID issues things have changed. But, feel you could switch choices up. It was same things each day. I did take advantage of the free breakfast but I myself had to get creative so I wasn't bored eating same thing each day.

The front clerk she was amazing.

My air quit working it was hot and I was trying hard to fix it. After 2 days it finally worked right. I was locked out after the first day it was 3rd time of going up front to get it worked out.

Cleanliness

The breakfast didnt serve scrambles eggs with the breakfast provided. Dont get me wrong not everyone likes boiled eggs or a breakfast scramble burrito. But do appreciate they services breakfast. Everything else was great

Location was great, staff was courteous and friendly, and helpful when my key card decided not to work.

Had to wiggle the handle on the toilet other wise it ran. And the bathroom sink didn't shut off completely.

From the moment we walked into the lobby we were made to feel welcome. The person working the front desk was warm and friendly, introduced herself and very welcoming and polite! She gave us suggestions on local places for dinner and really made us feel comfortable. The breakfast was simple but filling! But met the need! Even on checkout the change of personnel didn’t change the atmosphere. I will make this a must stay location in the future.

The staff was friendly and helpful and accommodating. They helped me with changing the dates of our stay and made sure we were not being over charged for the change as best as they could. The rooms were clean and the towels were replenished

The breakfast muffins, yogurt, and sandwiches need to be much bigger, not bite size. The coffee needs to be stronger, some days it was just brown water. The tubs need to be replaced and drains unclogged in showers.

Quiet, safe area. Super nice staff. Overall, good place to stay, and staff was super helpful!

Due to staff cuts since Covid, room was not as clean as I would’ve liked, still not many food options for the free breakfast, and the pool was still closed(we booked looking for hotels with pools). My child was disappointed. I did not voice any of these issues to staff, so they may have been able to correct these issues.
