The beds at different locations, are always consistently the best. A thunder storm came, during the night. I was on the third floor, and slept right through the storm. The free breakfast, has plenty of options for my taste. I like the "Hamptons", because I know what I am getting. "Consistency".

Our stay was wonderful being with family after being gone for over 40 years was quite exceptional and our stay at the Hampton was just as nice the staff was great the facility was clean and the breakfast my granddaughter's loved it thank you very much for making our stay as best as it could be.

Rooms are quiet, blockout curtain’s effective and A.C. Units work efficiently. Beds are comfortable. The sleeping is good there! I like that.

Carpets in rooms can be vacuumed more often. Carpets in elevator and elevator entryways are dirty.

The rooms were beautiful and big with all the amenities. And the joining rooms was awesome. loved the bathrooms The staff was super nice.

The breakfast wasn't that great, the sausage pattie was not cooked done. And there was no pancakes, and no scrambled eggs and the potatoes were raw.

We stayed here overnight for our trip from Houston to Memphis. It ticked all the boxes for us. The breakfast in the morning was added value that we didn't expected, but was very welcome. Def a good place to stay!

This was my second stay this year. I loved the size of the room and the cleanliness. Also, I heard very little noise while in my room. Lastly, each staff member I encountered either smiled at me or greeted me with "hello" . They seemed willing to help or answer questions.

Breakfast selection was great! We loved how it varied from day to day.

Our car broke down in Hope on our way back from Houston to Little Rock. I travelled with an 81 year old friend & I did not feel this room was "wheelchair accessible." Thank God she can walk & rarely uses a cane! No way could a wheelchair bound person get into that bathroom or use the shower! Hope location REFUSED to give me my Senior Discount as I had booked it online thru my phone on Hampton Inn website. Something about 3rd Party whatever. I did receive a Senior Discount from the Tomball, TX location after we checked out. Would love to receive this same disc from Hope location & have the same provided to Deloris McGlaughn as she paid for the 2nd night in Hope.

easy on/off the freeway. very nice and big room. breakfast offerings were many and varied. bed was quite comfortable.

there was no decent place to eat dinner, only Mexican and fast food. closest restaurant was not very good.

Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast area was clean and offered a good variety. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I left an article of clothing in my room, called after I left, they inform me nothing was turned in. That only meant the person who cleaned my room now has a nice piece of clothing. Ver disappointed. I was there for a family member Funeral. Very upsetting!
