We did not use the breakfast but one was available.

The check-in clerk did not verify my identity when I checked in since the system already checked all the reservations. I could have said I was Ms. Smith, and if there had been a reservation for that person, Ms. Smith would have been out of luck. ID verification must be enforced.

Staff was very friendly and kind. We were in town for a family members funeral. Had one couple at a different hotel that was awful and this Hampton got them booked into a room on an hours notice, so they could be at the same place the rest if the family was staying.

There was no 'bad' about this hotel.

Great location and close to good Mexican restaurant. Lobby and public areas smelled nice, like a pumpkin spice fragrance, and decorated for Thanksgiving. A homey feel. Receptionist very nice and helpful.

The plunger in sink got stuck and couldn’t open. Also the water control fixture in tub/shower fell off…fortunately after I had filled the tub and was turning the water off. I just left it on edge but of tub and told receptionist about it when I checked out so they could fix it before next guest.

everything was clean and the gentleman at the check was was very helpful.

could not get a receipt, said Booking.com would send it to me. all the other hotels gave me a receipt by e-mail or paper.

The clean hotel with nice standard rooms is a good choice if you need a place to stay for a night as we did. There's nothing else but hotels within walking distance (or at least walking isn't really an option) - on the plus side, it's a quiet place.

The staff was super. Very friendly and knowledgeable. . Breakfast was top knotch. The staff there was with out compare recommendable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed having the grab and go breakfast and coffee in the morning.

A sign on the door said all guests needed to wear a mask in the public areas but no staff was wearing them and neither was any of the other guests. I dislike the masks and would have appreciated knowing they weren’t necessary as I struggled to put one on while trying to balance my luggage and food etc. before I entered the building. If masks aren’t required take down the signs

our room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was excellent and the attendant for breakfast was a real delight!

The breakfast was amazing! The food was good. The variety was good. The staff were great!

I thought the price was a little high. But it seems that everything is high these days!

Want to give a high five to Patricia for being so kind and cheerful. She even welcome me back since I stayed there last year. The room was very large and since I travel occasionally with my son and his family ...my now 1st grandson is 14 years old and is too old to sleep with grandma. Our room had 2 ottomans in front of our beds. We put them lined up with the room chair... perfect for the teenager and still so much space in the room. Will stay here again
