Red Roof Inn Hot Springs

Booked for 3 nights in July 2023. It was $243.20 for a King Room including 14.5% tax. + Refrigerator + Microwave + Complimentary parking available on property + 4 pillows (although somewhat thin) + Consistent hot water for a long shower + Location (close to Hot Springs National Park/Downtown Hot Springs)

- Low shower water pressure (it was fine for me but not for the others in my party) - Bathroom door had difficulty closing * Housekeeping services performed every 3 days during stay unless requested * I’d like to add additional photos to this review, but I’m not sure how since the format has changed.

The location was very good. The rooms were very clean and more than adequate in size; you could actually walk across the floor without your feet turning black. The breakfast selections were nice for a complimentary offering.

I feel that the walls were a little thin; I could hear people walking across the floor above, the flushing toilets and showers to either side and conversations just like I were in the same room with other guests. The beds could have been a little bit softer; perhaps pillow top mattresses?

We were able to get adjoining rooms with our family. I liked that they did not have carpet. Good deal for the price. The pool was nice too.

The beds were a little hard for my old body. In one of our rooms the TV screen was broken were you could not watch TV and they said they could not have it replaced because it was the weekend and did not have a maintenance person there. Not hotels fault someone broke the TV and did not report it.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, clean and comfy rooms, good breakfast and a cool scenic trail behind hotel you can walk up to or maybe even take the trail on horseback.

The gps took us 15 miles down a different direction and in the middle of nowhere said, "you have arrived." After some frustration and realizing we were heading toward little rock, we turned around and drove back about 15 miles again and somehow ran right into the hotel, exactly where it should have been had the gps not gotten confused somehow.

Room was Great. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. Had a great time there. A visit to Colemans Rock shop is worth the time. Went out to the "mine" and got some lovely Quartz crystals. Make sure to pick up a flyer to colemans in the lobby. When you show it at the rock shop you get a free Arkansas "Diamond".

Bigger selection on Brealfast. Scrambled Eggs and bacon/sausage maybe.

The place is clean. Price was reasonable. Full size beds a bit small for 2. Fridge nice n cold. Location is good. Staff very friendly. Pool.

3 squad cars responding to domestic violence call after 9 pm on back side of building, where there appears to be longterm tenants. Wish they'd put us in a room on front of building by pool (it was "more", but lots of empty rooms that our request should have been honored.

I love the location. It was right down the street from magic springs water park where we came to visit. I liked the room and also the staff. Staff was friendly during check in and check in. Also breakfast was great.

The floor was kinda sticky. I'm a neat freak. It wasn't a problem. Just didn't like the stickyness.

Wonderful staff!!! Took extra time to help me. Clean and safe rooms!! Comfortable beds!! Breakfast great!! Waffles, Otis Spunkmeyer Muffins, Cereal, Oatmeal & Fruit. Eggs (not so good powdered I think) Juice milk and coffee. Very nice pool!! Check out the Apple Tree!!

Only thing I would like different was the eggs!!

I had an issue that come up on my 3rd night and they went above and beyond to take care of me and even offered for me to change rooms if that would help.

It is like all older places it could use some upkeep but for my uses it was good. We enjoyed the location and the staff was great. It was nice and quiet and we enjoyed our stay.

I like the close proximity to NPMC. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and nice. The bed was very comfortable but needed larger pillows.

The breakfast bar needed to be more in line with other hotels which offer bacon, biscuits & gravy and actual eggs.
