I like the staff understanding us Cleaning

That was not hot water for 1 week It was to much work going back and forth with kids out of room and bringing key back in short time It did not have microwave, fridge

The room was super clean, the location was essential to the doctors that we needed to see, and the staff was exceptionally kind and professional.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about our stay.

if I could have given the housekeeper service a 100% I would as they have it together! The room was impecable clean and it pass my inspection of detail cleaning as a previous owner over fifteen years of an elite cleaning service in Naples, Florida. My hat goes out to them in an impecable job well done and that includes the air conditioner unit. Wahoo!!!

I love everything!

We have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times now. Each year, we travel to the northeast to visit family. We started staying here because of its proximity to I40 and all the shops and restaurants. It's easy to get to, easy to get food and it has good areas for me to walk my dog.

The exterior grounds are a little seedy. Sometimes there are folks hanging around. I couldn't always tell if they were staying at the hotel or not. But they were never aggressive or confrontational, so it wasn't a huge issue.

First and foremost was great owners. It was a convenient location for what I needed and they were more than happy to get us what we needed.

Location and up to date room

Could've been a little cleaner corners were very dusty and the bathroom door handle was dirty with dried toothpaste on it

There is no breakfast at this location. There is coffee. It was good.

There was just one member of the staff that was always very short with me. I didn’t like that. I have always been friendly and he was not.

It has been updated, so it has a nice feel to it. We slept good and there were lots of channels to choose from. The room was big and spacious. The location is great and easy to get to.

I loved the Location. And the staff was very nice. The rates were better then most hotels.

I didn't like the man who moved next door to me. He made me very me comfortable.

Fair prices they charge, and I like the fact that the cleaning staff don’t get into peoples privacy.

Have breakfast for customers in the morning. Just a snack and a drink it doesn’t cost too much.
