The property is very clean and the rooms are also the beds are very comfortable and the air conditioner get very cold the only thing I could say bad is that they need to get the vending machines back up and running other than that great job Country Inn..

I hate that they don’t have the steps in the pool that you can just walk straight down into the water they should have those kind of steps for there handicap, guest, or guest with some sort of disability I wasn’t able to get into the pool do to this because of my disability the steep steps they have 3 of them they should remove two and add the steps that you can just walk straight into the water I don’t no the name of the steps but it doesn’t take rocket science to figure out what I’m talking about…

The hotel was nice, clean smelling and refreshing when we arrive. The front desk did have a little trouble with checking in due to their system going out because there were outages due to a tornado but they were still Able to provide us a room at the time Just to make sure that we were safe and completed the check in process once the system was up and running. The hotel is located right by a gas station a smoothie shop taco shop and a few other places to eat which are good if you need a quick bite. It's also located right next to the detention center which the patrol are always out making sure the area is secure. The price for the room per night was very adequate for the comfort level and stay at this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and room service only offered to provide service the last day I was there before checking out. The bed frame is kind of noisy when you roll out of bed in the middle of the night it will disturb your partner. The parking area gets overcrowded and there is other parking but due to the location there is a hotel next door and the activity that goes on at the hotel next door you kind of feel uneasy parking anywhere else other than the hotel parking lot.

the beds were amazing and the room was very clean. They are in the process of updating the building, but when they finish it will be nicer. You can tell it is an older hotel with a facelift. But for the price, area, and peacefulness it was a great decision while we were passing through. The pool area was nice but closed at 800.

The breakfast ran out close to 830 and there not many options when you are trying to eat sugar free or healthier.

Breakfast was good. Pool was clean and nice temperature. All staff were friendly. Pet friendly is always a plus.

There was something sticky dripping down the backside of the bathroom counter. Similar to honey and hot glue. I tried to wipe it with a tissue but it got stuck to it.

I love the way the room looks very modern.

The hallway carpet was dirty and looked low grade. The elevator looked raggedy and not pleasing to the eyes, the side door that uses card access was broken , the parking lot is extremely small. On a scale from 1 to 10 I'd rate this hotel a number 4 need improvement especially in the areas mentioned

Nice hotel for the price. They are in the process of remodeling. The place and our room was clean and quite. We just needed a good night sleep and a shower as we were traveling 1600 miles. Met expectations and saved a lot of money. Even had free breakfast and very good coffee.

Nothing was bad.

The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and a nice size. The breakfast was decent also.

I didn't like that the receptionist was interacting with another guest agead of us but when we stepped up to the counter, she put on a mask and said she wears it sometimes. Either wear it or don't, I don't care, but don't pick and choose who you wear it in front of. Also, I didn't care for the signage in the breakfast area stating 1 item per guest......

The staff was polite and very helpful. The room was beautifully remodeled and exactly like the pictures online. The bed was very comfortable and the room was possibly insulated which provided a peaceful environment. Even though the hotel is right off I-40, where it was located I felt very safe with plenty of parking. I appreciated the innovative luggage cart with a built-in brake too.

Excellent value. Could tell they were remodeling but the areas that were finished were beautiful. Great night sleep.

Well when they get it finished but then the price might go up so I wouldn’t be able to stay there.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Those are my top two pet peeves. It also came with a fridge and microwave.

No trashcan other than the one in the bathroom and the coffee maker was broken and mismatched.
