The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and always smiling. Staff was always eager to help and answered all questions without hesitation. Our room was clean, comfortable beds, soft linens and towels. Breakfast was hot and of a good variety. The hotel was also located within a 8 min walk to our venue so it saved on parking costs there and we were able to enjoy fresh air and a bit of scenery before and after our event. Check-in & Check-out process was easy and fast and the staff did a wonderful job considering a lobby full all arrived at the same time to check in. They stayed professional and courteous and never showed any signs of stress. Overall this was a great stay and would highly recommend. I did not get to experience the bar area or the sushi restaurant but will definitely be trying those out my next stay. Great job Wyndam Staff!!

Wonderful stay! The hotel is of considerable size with many guests and facilities but we were made to feel as if we were the only guests by the very competent and polite staff. There is ample free parking provided, the room was spacious, quiet and very clean, with comfortable bed and great amenities (microwave, fridge, air conditioning). The breakfast was great and it included on-the-spot cooked omelettes and waffles, quite a treat. Location was great with plenty of cute restaurants in the area. The hotel also has a restaurant/bar, but we didn't try it. Good to know it's there, though. And all of the above for a very reasonable price.

Everything was great.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The Moment my head and body hit them, I was out. The rooms were super quiet too. The pulaski county fair and a baseball game was happening right across the street and as soon as the door shut, it was quiet. The breakfast was amazing with outstanding customer service. The employees working there deserve huge bonuses for the way they make customers feel at home. I'll be back.

The shower plate for hot and cold was backwards. It took a few minutes to figure it out. But once I did great shower.

they have 2 restaurants on property. they had a conference going on and only had one restaurant open!!! Benihana was under staffed and overworked. it took forever to get my meal to go. between attempting calling it in, trying online ordering then I finally had to order in person. a total of 90 minutes. why didn’t I leave property for food? I did not want to loose a parking space because it was full due to conference! and most of lamps in my room did not work. one slowly came on about 2:30 in the morning! creepy!

From check in to check out, everything went smooth. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were there for a concert at Simmons Bank Arena and it is literally within walking distance. We took the hotel transit to the arena because it was raining but we walked back. It is about 2 blocks. The bed was comfy. I rarely sleep in hotels because it's not "my" bed but I slept like a dream in this one.

A few more towels would have been nice. There were 2 of us in the room but only 3 full size towels, the rest of the towels were the size of hand towels. I know I could've asked for more, and not something that would keep me from staying here again. Also, it would've been nice if the bar and restaurant stayed open later, as I'm sure a lot of concert goers stay at this hotel and are back late.

Walking distance to the Simmons Arena. Down town area with many thinks in walking distance. Near the river. King studio suite was big and cold air. Breakfast was hot & tasty with many options.

Lots of halls and turns. Lack of elevators in the back. Vending machines sold out of sodas. Found a silver fish insect was in our bath tub when I was running a bath for my daughter, our room appeared very clean. Before check out time, housekeeping was knocking on our door to clean the room.

staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was hot and tasty. I visited the bar to get an evening meal as the restaurants were closed. Food was delicious

Only issue I did have was the room smelled of cigarette smoke despite it being a nonsmoking room. I had to sign a document that I would not smoke. as a nonsmoking person this was not a concern. So who has been smoking or have the rooms not been cleaned or updated once made non smoking

I love that there was a place to eat where we didn’t have to drive anywhere. I was walking distance to my location and the breakfast was so good!

When booking online I wasn’t offered queen beds so I ended up with full size and just wasn’t much room. The mirror on the bathroom wall was hanging and not screwed in good. Bathroom was super tiny but all in all it was comfy.

Love the location by the riverfront… room and bed was very comfortable..

I didn’t get to swim there were a bunch of kids and they took over the pool til 10 pm.. since my door goes right to the pool area some Adult were out all night under the Pavilion loud til 2am in the morning could here them real good was a lil Difficult to sleep

location, food and the Staff. we cannot say enough about the people. From the folks that answered our phone call to the wonderful folks at the restaurant. The people you have are your greatest assets and these folks are wonderful!!! Would stay and again and recommend due to them!
