Staff was very nice. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was typical hotel "free breakfast" but it was good enough to keep us happy until lunch. We were able to walk to a fun restaurant, Camp Taco, for dinner and then to the downtown street the next day.

Unfortunately there is a lot of construction in the area. Our GPS was having a problem directing us because of all the detours. We ended up at a different Holiday Inn where they were able to give us good directions to reach the location we wanted. According to the front desk there will be a big park across the street once the construction is done so that will be nice!

Staff was great and the check in was a breeze. The facility is new and very clean throughout. My family and I had a good night sleep. The kids enjoyed the pool. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Breakfast was excellent and there were a number of options. Staff was on site replenishing items and keeping the area clean. This was our First time staying here, but this will be our go to moving forward when we drive up north.

Parking is pretty limited. I made a food run, arrived just before 9 and the lot was full. I do believe parking is allowed on a dirt lot just South of the hotel. If going out, it’s best to get a ride service. Just 2-3 minutes north of the hotel there are some neighborhoods that I would probably stay away from at night. Overall I would just be careful at night just like I would in every other place of the world.

The location was really nice, minutes away from several coffee shops, shopping, museums etc. The room was clean and comfy while above average in size. The room also had tons of luggage storage. The bed was a comfortable firm. The AC worked exceptionally well. And they offered really nice bathroom amenities.

There were dirty floors in the elevator and the lobby area outside of the elevator that remained for the duration of our stay. The pillows were, like most hotels, fluffy flat (best way I know to describe them). The parking was limited. Also, the traffic was noisy throughout the night. It sounded like street racing at times.

The Front Desk Staff, Nikki & Kesha were phenomenal! They were attentive to our needs as guests in the City and the Hotel. They made us feel at home and among family. Because of their hospitality, I will return and have recommended the Holiday Inn Express to friends. The breakfast had a delicious variety of hot/cold items to choose from. The location was close to the Downtown happenings. The hotel was modern because of the design, but offered a comfortable feel. It was clean from the entrance, elevators, and rooms. Great job staff for caring about what you do and where you work!!!

The only thing that could have been better is if we could have had a longer stay. Due to other obligations we only were able to stay for one day. But there is always next time! Looking forward to returning soon!!!

This hotel is wonderful; you can feel that it’s brand new! Stylish room, new furniture, new bathroom facilities, — fantastic. The location is generally good, it’s not really downtown to be honest, but it’s close. There is a huge highway being built in front of the hotel but you cannot hear anything, the windows are mighty 😀

The only disappointment was breakfast. We came 45 min before it ends and there was almost nothing and nobody brought more food to the empty frying pans 🤷‍♀️ Plus the pancake maker was broken

The property was super clean which I loved!! That’s the main thing I look for when I stay somewhere.

I would have preferred a different location within walking distance of restaurants, etc… However, it was my job to research the area more before booking so I can’t place blame on the hotel or staff.

The breakfast was great, the location wasn't too difficult to reach (even with all the ongoing construction), and the whole place really was very nice and comfortable! Also, though some would see it as a pest control issue, there was a baby lizard in the bathroom which we named, then promptly took outside and placed in the bed of rocks. Thanks for the memories, Sammy!

The only complaint that I have is the lack of parking available. We had to show up around midnight due to time constraints (Desmond was awesome at the front desk, by the way, super nice and extremely friendly for Midnight) and there was only one parking spot available which happened to be on the side of the road. However, they did provide a parking pass for it and it did make it easy to get back on the road so it's a small complaint, in my book.

The beds were super comfy and the room was very clean and inviting.

This Holiday Inn Express was a nice surprise. One thing I want to say up front is there is a lot of highway construction going on in the area so it is somewhat difficult to get there. But, once you are there, you are there. Some of the GPS devices have not picked up on some of the closings. So just be aware. Once we got in however, our room was huge with a very nice shower/tub. The bed was comfortable and we just love the room. They served a hot breakfast which is something you do not see in a lot of hotels like this due COVID. So that was a huge bonus.

Just the difficulty trying to get to it because of highway construction. But that is it.

First let me start off by saying I didn’t know how bad my mattress at home was till I had a perfect night of sleep here and waking up to no back pain! Facility was one of the cleanest I’ve been too in all my time staying at hotels. Breakfast was delicious and clean. Everything is pretty much walking distance to what we had planned.
