Hampton Inn Russellville

We stayed at 5 different hotels on our latest trip and this was by far the best. The beds are like heaven. The rooms are clean. There are full size containers of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. I wish we could have stayed here the whole trip! And the indoor pool was an added bonus; there are towels at the pool for guests and loungers to sit in while the kids swim. Parents can even sit in the lobby and watch the kids swim through the huge glass windows that surround the pool and be in the comfort of the air conditioning.

I can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like, this place truly felt like a home away from home. Best sleep ever and great location.

The location was fine. The breakfast was very, very good! The facilities was very clean. The only problem that I had was the commode was a little too close to the floor. I am a short person and have a lot of issues with my knees these days. I turned 67 years young on Nov. 29th. I had a terrible time getting myself UP off the commode after I had done my business on it?! I never had that problem before?! I finally figured out a way to get myself off it by myself. Thankfully! My husband is very hard of hearing and I didn't think he would hear me if I called for him. No doubt he had the TV up quite loud?! Imagine I should just keep my phone with me all the time in the future?! Lol! I do think that a little taller commode would have helped, though. We saw the pool and were impressed with it. We regretted not having brought our swim suits. I loved the heat lamp in the bathroom!!

it was very close to my daughter so they could walk to my hotel. The staff was incredible. They welcomed me with a big smile and if I was having trouble with the room they were there to help. Amber, one of the, SHE housekeeper was AMAZING! Gove her a shout out.

absolutely nothing I didn’t like.

the cleanliness! I’m big about where I lay my head. Always check the beds, bathroom, and around all the furniture before I allow my family to go into the room. This property was very clean.

Breakfast was good location was fine add a surfacing crew come in that was the noise but how many times does that happen once every three years

The nine o’clock call asking me to move my vehicle when I was told to park my vehicle there the night before for the surface crew

This is a very nice facility. It looks good and is clean and well maintained. I have to compliment Lisa, at the check-in desk. She was wonderfully helpful and very pleasant. She's a keeper. It is this kind of service that makes me want to book there again the next time I come to Russellville.

The rooms are tiny and the bedside tables are pretty much a joke! They are so small you can barely put anything on them!

location. it’s kind of out of the way compared to everything we did on the trip. needs to be on Parkway in my opinion

Very quiet, comfortable. Location to restaurants, parks, lakes is perfect.

I can't say anything bad about it.
