Nice place and cleaning

Every thing that good

We made the reservation on the highway and not only was it close, it was affordable and clean. I was impressed with the stove top and the whole overall kitchenette including the full size fridge for the price. Very nice room and comfortable beds. The water temp got very hot and had good water pressure. Everything was clean and inviting.

There was someone yelling at the staff at the front desk for unknown reasons, which put us on edge. That's not the motel's fault, but it did make us feel unsafe. Also the location is interesting. It's good to be off of the busy main road, but at first we got turned around. We were able to find the location quickly

The new General Manager is amazing. He’s trying so hard to make sure his hotel is running smoothly

Roaches

The bed was fine. It was cheap. That's about all I can say.

It is what it is, 4 out of 10 clean and environment.

The beds were comfortable and the location was great.

It looked like the pics except the pics were taken years ago when it was new. I can live with the furniture being old & the paint chipping. The room had a smell to it. We went & bought freshener. It was coming out of the AC. The corners of floors were dirty. Baseboards weren't wiped in a while. It was not disgusting but could have been cleaner. The people staying there were a little shady. However I didn't feel unsafe. They were guests so nothing you can do. I think they lived there not just a few day customers. If you are used to nicer hotels this isn't it. If you are looking for a less expensive place to lay your head a day or two, it's fine. We arrived at 1130pm. We had to use a phone in the lobby to have someone come let us in. The window was rolled down so no one was at the desk. It took calling the company to get someone to come let us in. It took 30 min. The lady was outside with her husband smoking in the parking lot. The husband was helpful getting us a cart so we could unload our things. I wouldn't go back & stay but only bc there are plenty of different options. We were there for a state ball tournament & the prices were crazy bc of that. This was $85 a night plus tax. Price is why we chose it. I didn't want to spend 450$. This place could be a lot nicer if it was cleaned better & you weren't waiting so long to get checked in. Especially at that time of night.

Location

Beds uncomfortable. Cockroach in the bathroom. No curtains covering window to keep out light at night. No coffee maker in room. Room could have been cleaner. Suppose to be a smoke free facility and it smelled like cigarettes and weed. Hallway to room smelled like moldy wet carpet.

the location was easy to get to, and the grounds were clean

the check in process was very disorganized and lengthy - the lady asked me 4 times if I’d prepaid or needed to pay. Then, the staff was MIA before 10:00pm and at checkout at around 9:00am they were still gone with a pile of key cards just laying on the counter. The room was freezing when we walked in and the tv was on - but no batteries anywhere so we had to just unplug it to turn it off. The mattress also kept sliding off the frame, and was horribly uncomfortable. The bathroom had a yellow type of substance crusted and running down the walls, and the toilet wasn’t even attached to the floor so it fell forward every time we used it. The shower however was clean with decent water pressure. Due to the TV being on and missing staff - we didn’t sleep well anyway for fear of someone trying to come in or break into our vehicle during the night based on the people hanging around outside. There are also zero cameras anywhere according to the lady who checked us in so that was unsettling as well. I’m short - almost $80 was waaaaaayyyyy too much for this room and had staff been seen anywhere I would have immediately requested a refund. I can honestly say we questioned just sleeping in our truck instead - very poor experience.

The lady at the front desk was awesome.

The rest of the hotel. I didn't know it was modeled after a halfway house and felt so much like one. The beds are absolutely atrocious. I've seen beds in hospitals better than those. There's no amenities like soap, shampoo, or even toilet paper. Luckily walmart is near by so you can get those basics. The rooms smell of mold covered with bleach in a last ditch effort to hide the smell. Thankfully I only had to stay for 1 night. Anyone else that has to be there longer you might be better off just staying the night in jail.

I like it the location it was very close to my daughter very helpful staff the lady at the front desk was an older lady she was amazing she needs a raise

They did not call me to tell me that my reservation was canceled not have a room for me when I arrived had you drive around all day looking for a hotel that took pets was exhausted after driving all night but the lady at the front desk was amazing she finally got me in and got me settled and let me stay an extra day so for that thank u

Nothing Hotel double book and I when I arrive there was mot room available for me and my family

Getting there and find out they double book the room and was giving to the people the arrive before me
