the amount of space in the rooms the amenities and the bathrooms

however it doesn't look like it gets deep cleaned often some spot on the walls and AC unit. and the toilet seat is broken mostly clean and comfortable

We made the reservation on the highway and not only was it close, it was affordable and clean. I was impressed with the stove top and the whole overall kitchenette including the full size fridge for the price. Very nice room and comfortable beds. The water temp got very hot and had good water pressure. Everything was clean and inviting.

There was someone yelling at the staff at the front desk for unknown reasons, which put us on edge. That's not the motel's fault, but it did make us feel unsafe. Also the location is interesting. It's good to be off of the busy main road, but at first we got turned around. We were able to find the location quickly

The new General Manager is amazing. He’s trying so hard to make sure his hotel is running smoothly

No breakfast offered .didn't expect breakfast anyway.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke.

The bed was fine. It was cheap. That's about all I can say.

It is what it is, 4 out of 10 clean and environment.

The beds were comfortable and the location was great.

It looked like the pics except the pics were taken years ago when it was new. I can live with the furniture being old & the paint chipping. The room had a smell to it. We went & bought freshener. It was coming out of the AC. The corners of floors were dirty. Baseboards weren't wiped in a while. It was not disgusting but could have been cleaner. The people staying there were a little shady. However I didn't feel unsafe. They were guests so nothing you can do. I think they lived there not just a few day customers. If you are used to nicer hotels this isn't it. If you are looking for a less expensive place to lay your head a day or two, it's fine. We arrived at 1130pm. We had to use a phone in the lobby to have someone come let us in. The window was rolled down so no one was at the desk. It took calling the company to get someone to come let us in. It took 30 min. The lady was outside with her husband smoking in the parking lot. The husband was helpful getting us a cart so we could unload our things. I wouldn't go back & stay but only bc there are plenty of different options. We were there for a state ball tournament & the prices were crazy bc of that. This was $85 a night plus tax. Price is why we chose it. I didn't want to spend 450$. This place could be a lot nicer if it was cleaned better & you weren't waiting so long to get checked in. Especially at that time of night.

Absolutely disgusting, bedding and bathroom linens were stained and gross. There were stains, and spills all over the floors and walls. We actually took time to make absolutely sure there were no bed bugs, and wound up sleeping on top of the covers anyway. I thought I had been to the worst hotels before, I was wrong.

Location

Beds uncomfortable. Cockroach in the bathroom. No curtains covering window to keep out light at night. No coffee maker in room. Room could have been cleaner. Suppose to be a smoke free facility and it smelled like cigarettes and weed. Hallway to room smelled like moldy wet carpet.
