The large clean rooms. The jacuzzi looks relaxing,. I need to try it sometime.

The fact that I had NO cellphone reception at all when I was on the 1st floor. Didn't appreciate the fact that I had been paying for my room with my prepaid visa card for several days then all of a sudden there was 1 employee that wouldn't accept it one night. I couldn't sleep that night from the stress. I had to go to work at 6:00 am. I had put all my cash into the card. Then I had to have someone else withdraw it and pay for my room for me. It costed me an extra $16.00 for loading my money to the card & then having to withdrawal it. It was a stressful mess.

The hotel was affordable the rooms where a good size, the pool was great, they had simple breakfast cereal, toast, mini muffins, coffee, fruit, orange and apple juice staff was great Right in front of Target and other stores and restaurants

Housekeeping keep the rooms clean the only issue we had was that the floors in the room could be cleaner my boys walked with white socks and they ended up dirty

Having a Target and multiple restaurants across the parking lot was really handy. The pool looked amazing, but we didn't have time in our schedule to enjoy it. The beds were comfortable and the facility was clean.

The door didn't seal when closed and there was a lot of road noise and a concert nearby that made it a little too noisy to sleep well.

Parking is excellent, rooms are good, lounge is good, pool excellent, jacuzzi excellent, location great, network, air conditioned, fridge, coffee room, and other facilities works well. Bus stop, restaurants and freeway very close. Excellent place to stay with my family.

Breaksfats is poor

I hated the super long line to check into my room.. I counted like 12 people in line in front of me. It took forever to check in. The fact that the internet shows you a really low price per night as soon as you start reserving the room the price all of a sudden doubles. False advertising every single time I reserved it on line no matter what app I used. even their own website.

the property was a great value, big hot tube, nice pool, parking wasn’t an issue, rooms were clean, staff was nice.

only issues were one night security said pool closed at 9:30 and it’s posted 10…. kind of odd. also our sink was backed up and wouldn’t drain. oh yea and try not to get a freeway side room very loud.

pool and hot tub were nice. room was big with fridge and microwave. location was near grocery, restaurants and entertainment.

The location was great. They have a shed wherein you can unload your stuff when it is raining and you will not get wet. Eateries, restaurants are close by you can walk. Target is also close by.

There was no microwave and frigid in the room. The chairs are old needs to be replaced. No breakfast.

only one microwave in lobby which broke down while in stay /// they should have at least two microwaves in lobby broken hot water for coffee or baby bottles as well other then that everything was very nice and clean great staff

very roomy and good wifi. Pool and hot tub are maintained well, my family had a blast swimming in there everyday.

not much to complain. if our room is a little closer to the pool, it'll make the experience 10/10
