Inside of the hotel was very nice and clean. Spacious room, with a nice size sofa. Spacious bathroom with extra towels. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice hot shower. Quiet room on the 3rd floor.

The outside area around the hotel is very dirty, There are so many cigarette buds on the floor and on the garden, the trash bids outside were always full of trash to the top. Dirty sidewalks. Bathroom: No mini soap to wash your hands. I had to use the shampoo dispenser inside of shower to wash my hands. The pet fee is extremely high. Cost is $75 USD per pet , plus another $9 USD charge on top of the pet fee, stated as "occupancy fee" for the pet. You end up paying $84 USD to bring your pet.

The room was clean, roomy and nice. Bathroom is amazing.! I love the shower.! The breakfast was good, besides the oven toaster not seeming to toast bread well, maybe I just didn't use it right.? Front desk was very friendly.! Check in was easy and finding parking was easy as well. Will definitely stay if I ever need another hotel room in Bakersfield.!

Good location away from the main highway and related noise and close to many shopping choices if needed. Nice entry area with a lot of seating and the available bar and snack area separate from the breakfast area. Clean and modern room with dual curtains. Interesting ends to the hallways with window views to the east and west. Good parking wrapping around the hotel. Friendly staff in all areas.

bathroom had a crack in tile and looked ugly. plus frayed bath mats - not great. AND being charged over what was quoted on the dog fee. It was supposed to be $50.00. The charge on my credit card was $84.00! I am requesting a credit on. my card of $34.00.

Very nice hotel…

1) Mold on floor just outside shower. 2) Went down for breakfast at 8:25 and they were out of gravy (biscuits & gravy) and sausage. I asked the staff member if there was any available and she said no. I did ask when breakfast service was over and she said 9am. Not Good.

The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Biscuits, gravy, and pork sausage, yummy.

I didn't see a jacuzzi, though there is a pool. The toilet is too low for me. When the bathroom light is on, it shines through the opaque door and distracts from sleep.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, during my stay. The hotel is well-maintained and orderly. The Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The room was spacious and clean!

Really no complaints, only a recommendation. A full-length mirror would be helpful, the only mirror was in the restroom.

I fell in the shower didn't see the mat under the sink it was really slippery like it was recently cleaned you should maybe put a sign up 😆 The morning staff that was serving breakfast a little ugh asked for more coffee because they had ran out another girl (Africa American) saw she wasn't moving she went and made new coffee there had been several people waiting on coffee breakfast was wack but I assume it's because of covid and it was cold but overall I would stay again...staff /guests had on a mask in the elevators and breakfast areas...

I liked that the hotel was near the freeway and easy to find. It was near a grocery store and a variety of restaurants/fast food. The room was big for the price! Very large bathroom that was quite clean, with lots of fresh towels. The entire room was comfortable and clean. I stayed on a Thursday night, so it was quiet. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, especially after I walked into the large glass windows that I’d mistaken for the front entrance! We all had a good laugh! The breakfast was a delicious combination of scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy. One of the employees, ERIC SCROGGINS, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety. As a female traveling solo, I truly appreciated his efforts! He certainly deserves to be recognized! Thank you, Eric!

Absolutely nothing!

Front desk was very friendly her name was Juanita, she was very detailed, told me about the breakfast, I enjoyed it so did my family, the place looks amazing, I wish I could of gotten inside the pool. But came for my husband funeral. Didn't have enough time. Bathrooms are clean. Rooms are clean. Everything was a great experience
