Breakfast wasn't much but the room itself are good. Room was clean, met expectations. Only downside to the room experience was that the cable box was mounted high on the wall, so when I first tried using the TV, i didnt see the box and the cable didn't seem to work. After about 10 minutes of being in the room I noticed the box and tried the TV again and it was fine.

Breakfast was extremely limited. The surrounding areas didnt seem that safe, but having grown up in bakersfield, it wasn't anything I am not used to.

A very welcoming, kind, caring and accommodative staff made it an almost perfect stay. Though we requested a smoking room by mistake the manager was kind enough to move us to a non-smoking one immediately. Housekeeping kept it clean and refreshing with air fresheners. When the toilet was blocked we were promptly moved to a different room. Gas stations, stores and restaurants within walking distance made it easier to get our day to day necessities. Located right next to a freeway and near the downtown, hopping on and off and going anywhere was a breeze. They even had the palm trees trimmed and the swimming pool cleaned everyday. All in all it was a rested, refreshing and relaxing stay.

Some of the transients at times walked to the room and requested something to eat or drink. Some even asked if they could take a shower. When the front desk was informed they sent the security immediately and took care of it. It would probably be helpful to secure the buildings with a coded gate.

I was provided a room on the first floor (it's hard to go upstairs with a suitcase and no elevator). The person behind the desk was very polite and considerate. The room was very clean. I did need assistance with the TV, but that came quickly after calling the front desk.

Breakfast - a bit of cereal and the offering of prepackaged somethings isn't really breakfast.

Your pool was closed. I was very disappointed 😞 I picked this Travel lodge because it had a pool and it was open. But due to clipping your trees 🌳 😳 😑 🙄 your pool was closed. Very disappointed. Also your shower 🚿 curtain was about an inch and a half too short for the walk in shower. Over all the stay was very nice. Thank you so much for being here.

Would have been nice to have some fruit and bagels for breakfast, we don’t eat pastries.

The room was nice and quiet, but it was a bit tired looking and the furniture was worn. I couldn’t get the TV to work, but no big deal.

Large comfortable room, nice bed coverings, good bed, great chair and foot stool, pleasant staff

Woken around 1.30am by people talking noisily nearby, also sound of car alarms going off

Hotel manager was very friendly and kind. I appreciated her smile. Pool was nice and clear, lobby well kept. And last I liked how the staff has a zero tolerance for drama or unregistered guests. Reasonable deposit.

Parking lot could use a blowing, sadly it's guests and their kids who litter. Inner halls need a vacuum passed through.

We enjoy our stays at this hotel. Rooms are clean; staff is friendly. There is a great restaurant - Boot Leggers - adjacent to the hotel parking lot which is super convenient.

Issue with the TV, but the office sent someone to correct it asap.

I did like the overall experience, the grounds were Beautiful, the pool was exceptional, closed to early, but refreshing, the rooms were ok, no phones in there, but oh well, had my cell😊The TV & Cable, on a 1-10 =13 walking distance to convenient stores, & fast food, was quiet, pretty pleasurable, think this is my New Get away!! 8⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

Bugs, alot, lot, of Bugs And the Non Refundable pet deposit. My dog isn't even 20 lbs, & she's House trained.

The place was clean. The reception lady was kind. The room was very clean, it smelled fresh. Over all for a night stay, for the price was excellent. It was all good!
