The rooms were spacious and the staff was very friendly in accommodating.

Upon arrival my booking.com reservation was unable to be found. The manager on-site gave us a room and let us get situated while she was able to figure out the situation. Nearby construction possibly caused unwanted critters on the premises and in my room. However management was able to compensate and help take care of the situation in a prompt Manner.

Located near the freeway, the hotel is easy to access and has free parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big, with sofa, kitchenette with dishwasher and fridge. Spacious bathroom with tub, all quite modern. No disturbing traffic noise. The pool was heated to 98°F (37°C), perfectly relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was good taken the pandemic situation into account. The price-performance ratio was excellent compared to many other hotels during our road-trip.

I hope that they will serve a traditional continental breakfast in regular times. The sofa bed could be more comfy, but it was as good/bad as all the other sofa beds we had on our trip

The staff was so friendly and professional! I was having a tough time with my trip and was a bit irritated but they were so nice and so professional thank Jehovah God, they helped me so much and made my stay so pleasant. Wonderful staff who obviously have great training, thank you 🙏

All the facilities, the pool was clean and organized, the rooms were on point, tv is big ! It has a laundry, a gym … breakfast was good ! Coffee available 24/7 The lady who check us in was very nice and attentive, very helpful. I don’t know her name but was there Tuesday evening, her and the fact that we love the hotel, was the reason we requested an extra night.

The person who was there at front desk Wednesday like 3 pm was not that friendly, I didn’t feel welcome when she was around and ask her about our keys not working. Other that that everything else was very good.

The hotel is very clean and staff was nice. The complimentary flavored water at the front was good. We were incredibly tired upon arrival and did not bring anything to drink or eat so the market was extremely helpful. The GSR who checked us in (Arianna?) was extremely informative.

We did not have any complaints during our stay.

Nice size room 2 double beds plus pullout couch. Nice full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and kitchen sink plus dishes. Had a table that rolled around so could sit on couch and eat dinner.

The bathroom was barndoor style, so there is no doorknob to keep out little ones.

Extremely kind check in clerk who gave us a 1st floor room, which was excellent because we had many bags as well as large instruments to carry in. Very comfortable and well-furnished. I love that there were baking utensils provided, including measuring cups, serving spoons and a casserole dish, but no oven! We had a good laugh about it which was a welcome relief from our travels.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, there is even a dishwashing machine. And that is very important, there is a nice smoking area outside. I think it is very important, that they consider the smokers' comfort.

Traveled cross-country with a group of friends and two small dogs, this room out of the 10 places we stayed was one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was spacious, clean and comfy.

The bathroom door for a group of 6, I just wished it was an actual door not a sliding door that didn't fully close.
