Days Inn by Wyndham Banning Casino/Outlet Mall

Check-in was easy. We had trouble with our toilet but the staff came quickly to fix it.

The hot water was off when we arrived. My boyfriend wanted to shower but had to wait until later for a hot shower. This was communicated when we chwcked in and the water was fixed so he was able to shower later.

Room, bed, pillows, and TV channels.

The a/c unit that was attached to the wall I could see directly outside. All the lights in the room didn't work. I had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper which should have been provided.

Great proximity to the RC track where I was racing. the room was clean, comfy bed. this was my third stay here and I have no complaints about the property.

Booking offered me an upgraded room for an additional fee, I accepted it but didn’t get the upgrade upon arrival so that’s disappointing but I’ll request a refund and see what happens.

The size of the room option of smoking or non smoking. Location and price. It's worth the stay.

The floor was sticky as hell, whoever mopped just didn't do it right. The sink faucet handle was broken.

I like everything was excellent the only think they don't give you breakfast the office was to crowded

The office was too crowded and it did look good but other then that it was excellent.

Like I said staff was wonderful, and we finally did get a microwave. Brand new! Too bad we check out the very next day. The young man at the front desk no matter how busy it got was always available if we needed anything. Housekeepers and maintenance went above and beyond the call of duty. I would stay here again.

No breakfast false advertising

Located near everything. Parking spots always available. I checked in late yet the staff was very polite and understanding.

The room was very clean, great direct TV set-up. Bed was wonderful. It was quiet considering it was next to the freeway.

Advertised breakfast but there was no breakfast because of Covid but employees in the office weren't wearing masks. Go figure?

The Staff was great, we checked in after 1:00 am and they were sleeping when we arrived, but they were still friendly and helpful and in good spirits.

It wasn't the greatest area and there was a lot of outside traffic hanging out around the property, a lot of trash on the ground..

great front desk staff, a little confusion while checking in but everything was fixed quickly. room was very clean

one of the lights from the room flickered non stop so we couldn’t turn that light on
