Our stay at Hicksville pines blew me out of the water. There was so much to do. The site is gorgeous. There is art and antiques literally everywhere you look. They provided breakfast which was a welcome surprise as it was absolutely delicious. I actually really liked that they did not have toiletries in the shower. I felt like it cut down on a tremendous amount of waste that is produced when you stay in a traditional hotel. We were given a tour upon arrival, that made me feel extremely comfortable on the property and able to move about and use all of the resources available to us with ease! We spent many hours playing music and games in the rec room, it was an incredible added value to our trip.

So many fun things to do on the property! The spa under the trees was a great place to wind down, the arcade provided entertainment and many laughs, it was all perfect for a fun getaway. The staff were AMAZING, and the breakfast was delicious!!! They even made me a gluten free & vegetarian meal!! The kitties were adorable & sweet too!

The sheets on the round bed kept popping off which was annoying, but didn’t take anything away from the stay / experience.

this place is amazing! the location is super sweet. the staff is really really nice and accommodating. and the rooms, ooh the rooms they’re just bloody amazing. we got to see a few and o m g. you find small new details everywhere you look, the detailing is just bloody awesome. we stayed jn the 420 and it was everything, absolutely loved it. the welcome gift was spot on also. and breakfast is included and was the best waffle if my life.

i have nothing to say here, I’m very happy with everything.

The honeymoon suite is cozy and filled with quirky details, a heated water bed, in room spa tub, fireplace, mirrors on the ceiling, and even a toilet from Graceland (not THAT toilet). Staff was helpful and friendly!

This was our second stay at the property and it was pretty perfect.

Such a unique experience! Fun amenities: hot tub, arcade room, record player, being able to smoke in the 420 room, all of the views, too many to list!

The property is pretty enchanting but it is worth mentioning that they are actively doing updates, so some rooms are newer and cleaner.

unique accommodation, great view. was able to smoke cannabis inside. good coffee. free parking.

the volcano vaporiser that was provided looked like it had never ever been cleaned. this was extremely disappointing as we were really looking forward to using it, but it would have been a health hazard to use. also the lighting in the room was very low

Breakfast was wonderful! They actually make a homemade breakfast for you and it is included in your stay. They are very mindful to dietary needs.

The bed was somewhat comfy, but I guess there is no boxspring underneath the mattresses?

All the staff were so nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay extremely enjoyable. We even stayed an extra night because of how amazing it was.

Everything. The breakfast was amazing.

Very good breakfast, especially the waffles. The rec room was a lot of fun and the themed rooms were awesome.

Can’t think of a thing that we didn’t like.

A unique experience! We had a great time at the Hicksville Pines Bud & Breakfast. It was cozy and warm with all of the snow fall, and it was fun to stay in a themed room - we stayed in the Christmas room. COVID protocols in place. Staff was kind and accommodating. There is a hot tub which we didn't use because it was too cold but hopefully next time we visit.
