Hampton Inn & Suites Hemet

I liked the staff they were fantastic. The place was clean inside and out. The breakfast was great, the exercise room was fantastic. Could have used some cleaner to clean the machines.

Wi-Fi password was not readily available. There was no information on it. I was in room 215 and it was loud. There were people in the lobby which was right next door that were laughing and having a great time while I was trying to sleep. At 10pm

Staff was absolutely amazing. Kristen and Kelly, with whom I had the most interaction, were helpful and courteous along with all staff. Housekeeping staff were all friendly and kept the facilities very clean. The pool was clean and not over chlorinated. Towels were in supply for swimming.

My only complaint is there were no towel racks in the bathroom. We used the coat rack in the main room to hang our towels, but frequently we would forget to put them back in the bathroom when showering.

The staff was friendly. The staff was super helpful. There is a lovely fireplace by the pool you can sit at. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The window coverings keep the room nice and dark. The location is great.

The closet door in the room was broken and wouldn't close which impeaded the walk way. The sink in the bathroom wasn't clean and had hair in it upon us entering. The person who checked us in did not have a mask on. Later on she had it on and the rest of the staff had theirs on the whole time.

I think they should have more variety for breakfast is always the same

First thing I didn't like was the front desk lady she was acting so snobby..she wasn't polite didn't smile at all...she makes us feel uncomfortable 😖 Another thing I didn't like was the charge for one day they took $450from my bank for one night deposit was to high and didn't return it for a week 🥵

I absolutely loved this hotel only good one with exceptional reviews, only issue that the elevator didn't work after 4 hours there we had to use stair well, but was very clean, comfortable, and room was big for 2 queen beds, didn't try breakfast but smelt good, staff was kind, had security in parking lot at night so went to bed knowing my car was safe & I was safe, location was good and no homelessness lurking, pool seemed clean and well taken care of, was able to check in early, would definitely stay again!!

Elevator didn't work

Normal services were fine.

We were advised on check in that a door at the end of the building would be locked and to use the front entrance. Throughout the night we were disturbed by a recorded message that the door was locked. The sound seemed like a speaker right in our room. Frightened us the first and second time. Reported the disturbance to the front desk in the morning and the night staff claimed not to have heard any such announcements.

The breakfast was good got everything what we needed for breakfast and the locations was beautiful was close to mostly everything could walk to different stores and fast food.

Have no comment about what I didn’t like. Everything was wonderful it met up to my expectations.

Clean and comfortable as always, that's why I prefer Hampton Inn.

I feel like it's overpriced for the area. I have stayed at many Hampton Inn's across the U.S. that were more affordable. However, it's the ONLY hotel in the area to stay at that doesn't have all the riff raff because they pay for a great security, hence the higher rate to stay.

We always Like coming to stay here in hemet at Hamptons Best place in Town close to shopping, casino. My Family feels Comfortable and Safe here. We Love Pool area BBQ and Tables& Gazebos Everyone so Nice ❤ Thank you

Didn't like that bathrooms outside by pool area were locked, other than that GREAT

The location was great for me, and the room was comfortable overall. Also the staff was incredible, super sweet and personable.

My only issue was my partner didn't enjoy the breakfast that much; the eggs tasted funny to him. But that didn't have a major negative impact on our stay since we were only staying for one night.
