Good place to stay, good price. Renovated and well set up rooms.

The only bad thing was the check in process. It is done through a screen speaking with people from overseas. English is not their first language and it was often difficult to understand them. The process also is very drawn out and takes forever and is rather off putting and frustrating.

The place nice ,little funky -modern. Clean. Staff very friendly.

Only complaint I could think of would be the bed. If I didn't sleep on the edge, I would roll into the center hole.

This motel always has a nice bed and a fluffy duvet. Pillows are firm, but I actually love that. They also have quite a few accessible plugs, and the prices are reasonable for the area. I like the location because it's close to who I visit in the area and they allow pets. They also have free parking in a dedicated parking lot - amazing!

They need to hang light blocking curtains rather than the flimsy, plastic plantation shutters. They are always broken, were installed backwards, and end up not blocking light well. The air conditioning units struggle to cool and keep airflow going, so the room feels stuffy even when cool. More surface space in the bathroom, or a place to hang a hand towel and wash cloth off the side of the sink so they don't take up the flat surface would be nice.

Rahul the on-site staff was excellent. He was friendly, professional, and super helpful. Gave me great recommendations for places to eat and visit, plus made sure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was also super easy and free. Location was excellent. Bed was very comfortable.

Bathrooms were a bit cramped with not much counter space which made it difficult to place my toiletries out. Also, in the shower it would be nice to have a little holder or small shelf to place personal toiletries as well.

We like the size of the bed. Was expecting queen but they gave us a king which was nice. Also i asked for a ground floor and the guy was nice enough to give us one. Location is great. Clean.

Not sound proof and the hot water goes in and out while ur taking a shower which is not good. Also very needs light on the area where u put ur luggage and hang clothes to think that it has a mirror there. Dark u cant really use it so hopefully theyll add lighting. Maybe add more towels in the room especially if ur staying for more than 2 days.

Pet friendly, There was bottled water in the room and quality coffee and liquid creamer. It was quiet at night Fresh fruit at the office would have been nice.

The plantation shutters didn’t shut all the way and light was coming in from outside. I like it dark to sleep. There was no breakfast foods. Someone took my parking space but that’s not the property fault.

The pet park was wonderful,and clean. The price for the room was awesome.Very clean room, love the white linen.Love the new palm lock system, the outside lounge area was really nice n clean.The staff was very good.

The phone charger didnt work on one side of the bed. the soap containers were confusing, unlevel shower floor, the sink in bath room unlevel the night lights around the bed n tv wall were not working this is room 229..The credit card system had a lil fault in it.

I loved the lobby atmosphere and contactless system. The room space and the coffee, tea, microwave and mini fridge amenities

It was a little hard to find the entrance. Room had a little of smell and some of the coffee cups were dirty. My coffee maker was not connected only the tea kettle. The window blinds don’t close properly so I still got some light in from outside and was a little bit hard for me and my daughter to sleep

Newly renovated rooms look great. Location is very convenient - within walking distance of some great restaurants and shopping. Close enough to downtown SM. Very affordable - especially for the area.

No on-site check in staff was surprising. The gentleman who helped me via the kiosk was friendly and knowledgable, but it still felt strange not dealing with a human being in front of me in the same room.

Comfy bed, nice spacious room.

The room was pretty bright, even with the blinds closed. And the shower door didn't close all the way. Also... it is a motel, not a hotel, not that it matters, but it's not a hotel.
