The innkeeper, Karen greeted me like she had been waiting for us to arrive. We got there early I apologize for arriving early she said no problem your room is ready we had asked for an accommodation for someone with some walking and physical limitations and we had a really nice room with a close parking spot a wonderful view of the water. We were pleasantly surprised.

I think the only thing that wasn't wonderful was the fact that we went off season, at the end of January early in the week and there really wasn't a lot that was open. But we had brought some snacks and a couple of little coolers and didn't even realize that would be a nice size refrigerator in the room and a microwave. So we had a couple of meals in instead of going out and it was all just perfect

Beds were very comfortable but the pillows could have been more quality comfy. The amenities were good and the towels were excellent in both quantity and quality. Non smoking was great for this room. View was nice of the water when the tide comes in. Parking was convenient to the room. Our room was very quiet and private.

I didn’t care for the TV selection and the ease of use could be improved on. That’s really the only thing.

The location is great. The room was very spacious. Loved having the mini refrigerator and a microwave in the room. It was a bonus to have a room with a fireplace.

It’s a cop-out to still be using COVID protocols as an excuse not to have the outdoor hot tub open and maintained, not to serve continental breakfast, and not offer housekeeping services. Prices remain unchanged, but fewer amenities are offered.

The location, it was very clean. They let us do an early check in because we had a wedding to go to. They are very accommodating. Beautiful view.

They are still doing “Covid protocols” so the hot tub wasn’t in use, and they use very harsh chemicals to clean, that kind of smell for a little while. I feel like enough time has passed but this is un necessary

Faded artificial flowers at the entry looked junky and made us think this place was a mistake. The rather irritated, unfriendly desk manager was not a welcoming start. However the room was good and we enjoyed the rest of our stay..

The view was great (all the rooms face the bay) and the room was very pleasant -- had a fireplace, sofa and balcony. One can walk to good restaurants. Tip: There isn't a good area for a walk/hike along the coast right there, but a short drive away is Bodega Head, which is fantastic.

Unfortunately, there was no breakfast (supposedly due to the pandemic) and the jacuzzi was closed for the same reason. I'm not sure whether it was worth every penny of the high price (Timber Lodge may be a more special venue up the coast), but it was certainly a great place for a special seaside break.

The two-bedroom unit was spacious, clean and quiet. The view was great when looking through the trees. The tiny patio was adequate. Management was friendly and knowledgeable. The location was convenient. Although this was "pet friendly" my allergies did not kick up, so the room must have been cleaned well.

No continental breakfast. No staff available before 8a.m. nor in the late afternoon/early evening. No TV in the adjoining King bedroom. Coffee maker didn't serve more than one cup at a time for a family suite. Better view.

In a last minute decision we decided to bring our dog, management was so accommodating, switching our room to a pet friendly one and even provided a dog biscuit that was as big as my dogs head. She loved it!! They have a wonderful dog park on site as well complete with a little red fire hydrant. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, the bed was perfect. If you are venturing to bodega bay, this is a dont miss! They even gave us gifts at check in. They made what was a hectic holiday relaxful, super nice people. I can't say enough, except we will be back!!!

Buildings do not have elevators so it was very difficult for me to lug the suitcase up to my room and also when leaving. The room was not easy to find because of the way the structures are situated. The room was very hot and it it took a while to cool with sliding door open.
