The location was great, especially if you are familiar with Napa/Sonoma, easy drive through Santa Rosa to get to Napa. Easy drive to the airport. The rooms were huge ! And beds are nice and comfortable. Everything was very new and sparkling clean. The lobby area and all facilities are modern, chic and in excellent condition. Bathrooms are large, lots of towels available. Staff is okay. Lots of fast food and grocery options around.

I extended my stay and had to give an additional security deposit, which was an inconvenience. Also house keeping only discarded my trash. If housekeeping is going to come in, it’s always nice for a guest to return to a bed that is made up after a long day! Could use a more substantial amenity kit in the bathrooms.

The staff were just great! Nothing was too much trouble for them - all those we encountered went out of their way to assist us with whatever we needed - just cannot commend them highly enough! Loved the excellent design of the hotel and all the amenities, pool, gym, fire pits etc. Large, extremely comfortable and quiet room for 4 of us with a lovely big bathroom too - loved the hotel!

Lower lighting around the bar and sitting area in the evening would have greatly enhanced our experience when we arrived back at the hotel after dinner in Healdsburg. it was extremely bright for a Saturday night! Also better music could have been chosen to be played played in common areas on a Saturday night and during the day on Sunday. It wasn’t exactly conducive to a calm and relaxing experience - which was a real shame as everything else seemed to be so well thought out. However this is a fairly minor quibble as we would all highly recommend the hotel and would have no hesitation staying again.

Staff got me a lite sleeper room on the 4th floor as I am extremely sound sensitive. Lots of points for that assist. Bed very comfortable. No squeaks or rattles thank goodness. Loved the sofa/TV mini-suite between the hall and the bed. Helped with sound control. Classy design of the hotel was fun. Not cheap though. Tasty dinner in stylish lobby cafe.. Great waiter. Fun to watch Warriors bball while dining. Reasonable prices.

Nothing major except really did not like the bathroom "barn" doors. Too big. Unwieldy. Bathroom lacked privacy tho facilities inside were excellent. Need low-wattage night light so don't have to leave main lights on for direction and safety.

Super clean, brand new hotel with great amenities. - Pool was refreshing and they have a jacuzzi which my friends and I indulged in - Spacious rooms - Clean bathrooms - My friend who is a germaphobe highly rated the property as well for its cleanliness and clean look! - Great, friendly front desk staff

The hotel is modern with good furniture. The room is comfortable and cozy. The bathroom is new and clean. I loved the mirror with Bluetooth.

Everything was good. I have no complaints.

This was my second stay and I decided to try the food! I had the pulled pork on a ciabatta roll with a caesar salad. The pulled pork was so flavorful and cooked to juicy perfection! The salad was delicious too but oh my goodness that sandwich.

That the fire alarm went off twice and scared the bugeebus out of me.

Friendly and responsive staff. Beautifully decorated room in my opinion. Loved my stay and look forward to staying again. Loved the lobby stylization.

The only thing. The ONLY thing that sorta bothered me was that sounds from inside the rooms can be heard just outside the doors, but not hardly through walls.

I loved the location of the safe. It was convenient, hidden but you didnt have to bend or crouch to get to it and it was big enough for laptop. The rooms were updated, clean. Loved the roomy step in updated shower with shampoo dispensers instead of tiny bottles. The bed and bedding was comfortable.

I felt like the scrambled eggs needed to be cooked a little more. The coffee was not really good. The potatoes were just ok. The food overall, like everything else lately was overpriced.

The hotel from outside is magnificent. I’m not familiar with the area but it seemed like a decent area. I would say it was conveniently located for what I needed to do. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the amenities were very nice.

The room was not very clean. There were crumbs in various places and inside my wardrobe I found a box of snacks that were clearly left behind by a previous guest. They might have changed my room if I let them know but they seemed really busy and a little overwhelmed so I decided I could live with it. But for the price of the hotel, I definitely would have expected it to be closer to spotless. Additionally, I was looking forward to having a drink at the car located in the hotel on a Saturday night but was informed it was closed. The receptionist proceeded to tell me she shut it down because it gets rowdy at night and that’s definitely part of WHY I chose this hotel so that was a huge bummer.

The room was spacious and great for our family of 4. Beautiful mountain view.

Surrounded by construction, but that will change for future guests once construction is completed. There were no extra pillows available as the hotel was fully booked. We gave up bedroom pillows for our kids to use on the pull out.
