This is a comfortable, well equipped and reasonably priced option. All aspects were fine. Breakfast was standard hotel buffet, but with good options. The pillows are great.

The room had an automatic motion-sensor light that goes off in the middle of the night if you get up to use the bathroom. These lights are dangerous! They destroy your night vision and make it difficult to get back to bed. If I want a light on, let me switch it on. And PLEASE post a warning and instructions to disable this feature. I’m tempted to bring duct tape for these switches!

The room was spacious and very clean. The king bed was comfortable. The WIFI connection was excellent. We asked for a quiet room, so we were given a room on the side by the pool away from the road. It was very quiet.

The breakfast included a reasonably wide variety of choices, although the food quality was only average. The coffee was excellent quality but it is provided in only one container in the lobby, not in the breakfast room. Every morning in the three days we stayed at the Inn the container was empty when we wanted to get coffee, so we had to go to the kitchen door and asked for it to be replaced with a container with fresh coffee. Not a big problem, but I would think an easily solvable one.

Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. We packed food, so glad there was a mini-fridge. The breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. Convenient location and good restaurants were walkable. Friendly staff.

More attention to your environment friendly practices - didn’t leave towels on the floor, but were changed anyway by mistake. Compostable utensils and cups would be nice.

Stayed here in October, our room was great, on the end of the hallway, beds comfortable, easy parking & getting to the room. Breakfast was good, nice selection, local coffee, all the staff esp. cleaning crew were super friendly, was an awesome location to day trip over to Bodega Bay w/out paying Bodega Bay hotel price! Plus, Sebastopol is such a CUTE town, lots of shops, restaurants, events going on, we will definitley be back! :)

The staff was friendly and helpful the second floor was accessible via the back without using stairs, the breakfast was amazing, it was centrally located, they provided a coupon to dinner and a list of local restaurants.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this room. It had everything I look for in a hotel. It’s not extravagant like some bonevoys but it was exceptional for its price range. I suppose if I had to be extremely nit picky the toilet filled with a lot of water and made it seem like it was going to overflow when flushing but it never did. I’m sure that could easily be remedied.

This is the best option in Sebastopol and very comfortable. I recommend it.

As usual, I don't like automatic lights in the room but this time I managed to defeat them by placing the ironing board over one and taping a dark bag over the other. I don't know why hotels do this! Just let us turn on a light if we want one.

When we arrived staff was upbeat, fun yet professional. Eman is awesome. A great representative for the company. Breakfast was delicious and the hostess was delightful. GOOD COFFEE!

Very clean room. Nice pool and spa area. Excellent breakfast. Charging stations for electric cars. The location of the property was central to many activities.

No problems for this stay.
