The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The pool area is really fun for the kids. The rooms are comfortable. Everyone in the valet parking department should get a raise. They were the first people we saw when we pulled up and they made us feel welcome and wonderful. I’d come back if they were offering a great deal. I have booked here many years ago on several occasions but I may look elsewhere next time.

for the price they are charging, everything should be in working order and updated even just a little. I just wasn’t so impressed considering how much I paid. some of the staff was rude in the store/cafe and by the pool sadly.

Room was a good size, and nice size bathroom. I am glad we were on top floor, really like not having to hear the room overhead. Front desk staff was friendly.

Room was a bit "dirty". Chair had a stain on it, phone to call for the valet didn't work, couldn't call down to the front desk either. For the price paid I would have expected this place to be immaculate, but was a bit in need of a deep clean. maneuvering the expansive ground was a bit overwhelming.. finding our way to the room, and how to get to the check in/reception desk was a bit confusing being our first time there. I'm sure next time will be easier.

I loved the bathroom layouts and the space in general. Beautiful rooms and decor and location.

Would have been nice to have some water bottles or snacks in the room. One shower head didn’t seem to work and the beds were nice but not overly comfortable. We also weren’t sure if it was because it was summer but we would have liked to turn the fireplace on and could not find the key to start it.

We stayed in a plaza room #124. It was close to family pools, villa pool, lobby, marketplace cafe. We used family pool and villa pool. Family pools were really crowded even it was weekday. There are lots of kids jumping to the pool. It was disturbing to me and my kid, so we moved to the villa pool that was like heaven..Silent and just a few people and kids. Food: We had our meals at Marketplace. Other restaurant is Bar Traza that asks reservation through open table. We did not use it. Marketplace food options were enough for us. Vue cafe and Bob’s Steakhouse were closed during our stay.

When we arrived at hotel, parking for check-in is the biggest problem at that hotel. There is no reserved parking lot for check-in. There was a towing vehicle to tow the cars parked at red line (non-parking part). But there is no choice to park for check-in apart from valet or self-parking area that is far from lobby.

It was beautifully landscaped and spacious. Food by pool restaurant excellent. Our room was cozy, large and had a fireplace. It is an old classic property that exudes elegance.

I wish we had a microwave. One needs to be prepared for ALOT of walking.

The beautiful landscapes and amenities--pools, hot tubs, water slides & splash pad for the kids, tennis courts, and food options made it the perfect vacation getaway for our family.

Very well maintained, the landscaping is beautiful, clean, I really liked missionary style architecture. The room was comfortable and clean.

The stuff was too cold and kind of unwelcoming. Not really nice for this type of place. No room service. Overpriced.

Villa room was private; not very crowded during our stay (Sat-Tue), which was perfect; our dog was comfy and welcome by the staff (and guests!); perfect views.

Restaurant not open Sun/Mon; Spa Massages were booked (even though there was plenty of rooms empty, so that was a downside).

This is a wonderful place for a family getaway. The pools are perfect no matter what you are looking for, as they have adult only pools, but as a mum to 3, the Splash pool made our whole trip. There is just enough independence for the older kids (11 and 8) to run around and do exactly what they want (water slide, big kids pool, hot tub, water slide) and a perfect “kiddie pool” for my almost 2 year old...and a bar that serves lovely, if overpriced, drinks and food. We had plans to do the beach, but I couldn’t get my family to leave the pool! We didn’t use the spa or golf (cause kids) but it all looked lovely. The marketplace is decent-socially distanced lines slowed it down a bit. The bathroom was HUGE. We were super grateful for that. One thing I will say, and I have little experience with pool areas during Covid so far, is that while everyone wore masks indoors and while standing in line, walking around outdoors and especially in the pool area, nobody wore masks. My husband and I are both fully vaccinated, but if we weren’t, I don’t know that we would have been as comfortable as we were. The hotel is taking all the precautions, but the pool area is so large and so impossible to police people talking to one another and moving from area to area. The one exception is that people waiting in line at the bar always wear masks, and the staff is always masked as well. Overall it was an amazing trip. Hopefully we will be back.

We loved that it wasn't too crowded, the beds were so comfy and my son loved the pool. Wish we could have stayed a little longer.
