The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good! The pool was excellent (a definite selling point for our granddaughters). We enjoyed the BBQ's and the outside eating areas. We really enjoyed being there and would highly recommend this hotel to friends!! Very clean, good location, very relaxing!!! Lots of good eating places close by. Quiet even though it was very close to the airport...must be well insulated! Hopefully we'll be able to come back sometime soon!!!

The only thing I think could be better would be the kitchen dishes. When we made a reservation for 5 people I would've thought there would be plates and silverware for 5 people. I'm sure we could have asked for more and they would gladly bring them. Also towels for 5 people (we did get more of these). Reservations for 5 should reflect 5 in the cupboards. Just a thought! Also, you might think about a little upgrade to the fold out bed mattress...pretty uncomfortable. But the other beds were great!!!

While being close to the airport I never heard or woke up to a low flying plane. All of the services provided by the hotel was amazing

The walls are a little thin so you can definitely hear ya know what going on but I had more complaints about the other guest not respecting the hotel . The hotel was above and beyond for me .

Breakfast included! Reception snacks were great! Outdoor amenities were nice - pool, basketball , corn hole, connect 4 were utilized! Didn’t get a chance to try the mini golf. Location was centrally located to Legoland and surrounding areas to visit.

The faucet in the tub to enable the shower could use a refresher: water was escaping out of the faucet when the shower was enabled. Minor issue but great overall.

The hotel room rate made our stay worth it. With the room rate that I paid for, they had a whole list of freebies. Free breakfast, Free dinner (with ur choice of beer/wine), free wifi, free parking, with great amenities such as the pool, jacuzzi, playground, bbq area…… and the list goes on. The room I got was the 2 bedroom suite. It was a decent size 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen. Their fridge was an A+. It’s not one of those tiny fridge that most hotels come with. Overall, it was just all worth it. I was happy I booked with Staybridge because besides myself, my whole family loved and enjoyed the hotel as well. Definitely would come back again.

Loved the hotel, great when traveling with kids, they have basketball court, games, mini golf. And we loved the fire place in the beautiful garden. Very clean and front desk and cleaning workers very friendly.

One of the workers at the breakfast time, didn’t have a nice attitude when e ask for more coffee. They had a great breakfast! Just needed to be more aware when to refill the food. But other than that we love this place.

Stayed in a one bedroom suite with 3 adults and 2 kids which was nice and cozy. Both queen beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and I liked their social nights which happened on Mon - Wed. Location is pretty good, close to Legoland and about a 30 min drive to the Safari Park and Sea World in San Diego.

Carpets were not that clean. My daughter’s socks turned black while wearing them to walk around the room. The sofa bed was awfully uncomfortable and creaky.

This place far exceeded my expectations. We had a suite with two bedrooms a main area and kitchen. The kitchen was better socked than the air bnb we had been at for the previous week. The breakfast was amazing. We weren't there at dinner time but I was impressed that they have a social time with some complimentary items. The pool was beautiful and it was by far the best hotel we've stayed in.

Everything was amazing!! Extremely clean, so comfortable, beautiful room, the whole building is so nice!! Delicious breakfast with full variety of choices, staff so friendly, helpful and professional!!

No complaints about the property, the only issue was that they don’t have clean room service on the weekend, but they provide you any item that you need

Property was nice and clean . i like how it was away from the freeway not too much noise .

I may have missed this . If so it’s my fault , but I didn’t like that it was pet friendly . My son is allergic to dogs and we had to maneuver around them in the lobby . Also had to pass up elevator rides because they were on there .

Suite was roomy, clean, modern conveniences such as microwave, full- size frig, electric stovetop. A/C and heat worked perfectly. Great hot breakfast & the staff were friendly + helpful. We brought our Pug + she was happy with the pet facilities outside. Plenty of pooch bags and space for her biznass!
