we always love our stays at Hilton properties. It was clean, confit beds, friendly staff, and close to the freeway and there is a Starbucks right across the street which is always a plus.

The charge for parking which is $10 per night! I'm a Hilton Honors Member & felt they should have waved the parking fee!

Location and the day staff.
We checked out around 6:00 am and found the desk clerk to be non engaging. Never asked us about our stay nor thanked us for the business. We found the carpet in the room to be somewhat dirty. We found the cost of breakfast to be excessive for what we received. A buffet shouldn’t cost $43.00.

Overall my stay was a good one. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. One of the best perks were the cookies.....
My only complaint would be about the furniture in the room. The chair and autumn were stained, and the mattress was not that comfortable.

I thought the food was phenomenal & the amount of time they got the food out to us was perfect It would definitely be my first pick hotel if I’m in “Carson California”!!

The hotel was comfortable the staff was respectful. It was quiet no disruptive noise.
I got tripple charged and had to wait 4 business days to get my funds sent back. But it was resolved. Then I got charged again however when I notified booking the fixe a the problem rite away... thank you.

I loved the customer service, room size, and quiet atmosphere of the DoubleTree. I do not drive, due to a medical condition, which made the Subway across the street, Jack in the Box on the corner and Ralph's less than a block away added conveniences for me. Also, conveniently located in the lobby was a self-serve convenience center without snacks, drinks, and microwavable meals for guest convenience. Also, I stayed at the DoubleTree on business, which required me to be in Zoom calls for most of the day. I did not have to randomly mute myself due to noise. Definitely a solid stay and would stay here again without hesitation especially for the complimentary cookies!
There was no restaurant access until after 4 pm. I would have loved to have meals on the property throughout the day instead of leaving even though the local restaurants were very close.

The room I received was large enough for a wheelchair. It was neat and clean. Thanks.
Checking in was a nightmare. I reserved on the 6th for the 19th. My one request for a handicap bath was not available. Twice they asked if I would take 1 king bed instead of the 2 queens I requested. The trash cans in the room was too small and only 2. There was 1 usb port in the room and it did not work.
