The bathroom walls were dirty

The bed..lol soft n comfy...the staff is nice. The rooms r clean. Pet friendly place..n the room don't smell like it. A little down the street from it all but like 2 min away from everything. Great bfast spot like two blocks away..2nd time staying there... love that it has a kitchenette n a fireplace and small living room feels like home the bathroom are decent size

The parking space is small so if ur taking two cars one might have to stay on the street

The staff was courteous & friendly. The beds were very comfortable. I like the fully furnished kitchen. It was centrally located to everywhere on our itinerary . Loved the little fireplace, especially coming in from a cool evening out. I loved that it was very quiet. We stayed 5 days 4 nights & the value was perfect.

I think it could use a small coffee table in the living room area. I think it could have used a nice area rug in the living room & maybe throw rugs on both sides of the bed ( Wood floor)

Kitchen suite was great, nice to have an actual one bedroom. The rooms are nicely renovated. Staff leaves windows open for fresh air in between guests. Location was close to everything. Staff left key for us in the mailbox for our late arrival. Tv had lots of channels for viewing in the evening. Wifi was good and I was able to get work done at the desk in the room.

The Blankets on the bed need to be washed. Towels are just kind of thrown in the sink area and bathroom without much thought. Couch and chairs were not clean and very uncomfortable. Dish drying rack was very dirty. Phone was old and missing a cover. Floors are only swept, I suggest doing at least a swiffer in between guests. Staff does not wear masks. I would recommend removing the desk and putting in a small dining table with 2-4 chairs. Maybe put a nice rug down in the living room. If people are smoking outside, the smell comes in through the door (very drafty).

We liked having a kitchenette and a larger than usual fridge. The location was good, only a short walk to the beach. They are pet friendly. The A/C worked well as it was unusually hot when we visited.

Room was not stocked well. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels. There were no tissues. Wifi kept dropping out.

This property is well kept, clean & staff was friendly! Walking distance to everything on Main Street in Cayucos & Comfy beds! Mostly Quiet...there was one dog issue. Very nice room, comfortable & large tv.

Unfortunately the toliet had an issue...it wasn't secured to the ground which I wouldn't have noticed except that it moved when I bumped into it. That could be dangerous for someone else. One guest let their dogs bark a few times at 3am & 6am...not cool.

It was roomy and location was good, price is good, bathroom was clean and looked new. Liked the kitchenette.

No information or documentation about rooms such as leaving keycard or TV station listing, had to figure out how to use TV and remote. Kitchen had food stain and particles on walls that I cleaned. Fireplace looked like it had burned remnants that I had to sweep out and wipe off with wet towel, living room floor was very dirty, it needed to be swept and mopped. Other then that it was good, I would still come back.

The location is great ! Walking distance to the beach. The staff are the sweetest people. Our room smelled like cigarettes, when we told them we were not happy, the husband and his wife without hesitation made sure to accommodate us to a different room and they were so apologetic, they are wonderful people. We will definitely continue to stay at Beachwalker Inn.

That people do not respect the rules in a non- smoking hotel/motel.

The location wasn't too far from restaurants or the shopping area. Pier was pretty close by to take a walk.

We wish there were snacks or breakfast in the morning. There was a small market down the street and a laundry mat next to the Beachwalker Inn. We stayed two nights and three days. Quite lovely to visit.

Room was like a small apartment with fireplace, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen has a 2 burner stove top, small fridge. Kitchen had some dishes and glass ware. Very spacious living area. Clean. Restaurants within walking distance. Property right on main Street. Very quiet area.

Parking was free but very tight. Bar stools for the counter to eat would of been a nice thing to have.
