The queen suite was very clean and comfortable and met our needs for three nights. The coffee machine made one strong cup of coffee at a time. There were two televisions in the suite and it was equipped with a small refrigerator, a two burner heating plate, dishes, and kitchen utensils.

One of the television remotes did not work very well. Additionally, we must have had a miscommunication with the maid because she came in one morning to replace the coffee pot that was not working properly and although she gave us towels for the day she never returned to clean the room after we left.

Location was walking distance to everything. Room was a great value for the money in comparison to those located close by. The room was clean and had all of the basic amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, fridge, microwave). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. For the price I would say it was well worth it and overall met our expectations.

Walls were fairly thin and non insulated so your fellow neighbors could be clearly heard as if they were in your room. There was no outdoor seating area if you wanted to eat outside and our room had no balcony so no where really to sit and eat as our room had no table other than the desk to eat at. Bed was very squeaky so moving around, sitting on it, etc, was quite noisy.

My family and I have been coming here for years! Such a cute little comfortable place. A quick walk down the street to the beach is absolutely gorgeous (I will always recommend checking out some of the cute antique shops on ocean Ave). The cleaning staff is very gracious and attentive and the owners are so kind. The kitchenette room is convenient and has most of the must haves such as plates bowls and utensils. The AC in the rooms works better than great and the showers are clean and roomy. This hotel will forever be our go-to when vacationing in Cayucos!

They used to offer free continental breakfast and never brought it back after Covid, we would love to see that again!

I really liked the screen and the big window covering in both windows. In the bedroom, it made it pitch dark which was so nice for sleeping. The front window in the living space was great to keep my dogs from seeing people walk by because then they were barking. The cleaning staff could have mopped the floors. I guess they only vacuumed but a good swish with at least a damp towel or better yet, a steamer would have been helpful because the floors were dirty. . Another suggestion, it would have been nice to have another seat that wasn’t a hard chair. One loveseat was enough for me, but when my friend came to my room, it would have been nice to have more places to sit that was comfortable. Great price for the room though. Pet fee was kind of high for two well behaved dogs, but I get it.

Hooks in the bathrooms would have been great. I don’t like having to put clean towels I’m going to use on my face on the bathroom counter. There was a metal stand for the bed which was easy to kick at night which made a big ‘gong’ sound. So I tried not to kick it in the middle of the night. Other than that, it was a nice room.

The clean room, the clean bed with new like bedsheets! It is very important to me that i get a clean and comfortable bed! The front desk personal is very nice, and they made sure that I got a room on the ground floor (physical isuess) plus a room to my liking. Clean lady, Matilda is exceptional. She made sure that my room and bed is clean. I am staying for a few days in a room with a kitchenette! The price / value is exactly what I expect!

Well I only have a few items that I didn't like. The coffee pot didn't work. Well it worked one time other than that, it didn't work. And they really need to do something with the bedding The sheets are old and everything just seems tired. Decent size rooms. They're okay, but the main things need to be addressed the bed and definitely the appliances that you pay for need to work other than that.I'm satisfied.

Location was nice.. quite and cozy. With the windows open at night you could hear the ocean.. what a treat for me. My stay was like renting a 1 bedroom apartment.. 2 burner stove.. medium fridge, microwave, some glass plates and drinking glasses. The price was very reasonable. I liked the 2 restaurants close by, and a small grocery store 2 blocks away.. Albertsons 4 miles away if you needed a bigger store. I stayed here last year and this year.. I feel comfy here and safe.

Parking is a little tight.. but more parking available in the back of hotel.

The bed..lol soft n comfy...the staff is nice. The rooms r clean. Pet friendly place..n the room don't smell like it. A little down the street from it all but like 2 min away from everything. Great bfast spot like two blocks away..2nd time staying there... love that it has a kitchenette n a fireplace and small living room feels like home the bathroom are decent size

The parking space is small so if ur taking two cars one might have to stay on the street

We enjoyed everything, the location, the room, everything was nice.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the floor was dirty. We would walk around in the room, barefoot and the bottoms of our feet would get very dirty. We would go into the bathroom and wash them and then they would just get dirty again.

The facility was quiet. It was accessible to the ocean and stores.

The vent in the kitchen didn't work. Unit 108 The fireplace didn't work unit 107. The floor could have been a little cleaner mopped over( however that's just me) don't get me wrong the floor wasn't filthy.
