Excellent location, easy walking to the Embarcadero and the town center. My room was spacious and the bed comfortable, and the room had an electric fireplace that supplied sufficient heat. the staff is friendly and helpful - even though there is no daily cleaning staff made a point of asking if anything was needed and supplying it right away.

except for the bed the room is not comfortably furnished - specifically there was no comfortable place to sit; there were two small molded plastic chairs, with small cushions, next to a table.

We had just stayed 5 nights at the Bellagio in Las Vegas and The Landing didn’t disappoint, it is a great place to stay. The rooms are very clean, beds very comfortable and the shower was great. Anna at Check in was very friendly and helpful. Everything is also just a stroll away in this quaint little town which has an abundance of restaurants with views looking over the sea

The staff was fantastic from the first moment. A problem with the TV, and they moved us right away. Clean, spacious room, great location. And again, the staff was beyond helpful. They helped my Mom and I out way beyond the standard service. I feel like we made friends! I'll be back for sure. Thank you Alan and Josh.

The stomping in the room above us was a bummer, but no fault of the staff.

Overall great stay. The location was nice and was essentially in walking distance to everything. The staff was nice and accommodating allowing us to check-in early. We had a room on the 2nd floor which allowed us to have a view of the bay and Morro Rock. The room itself was nice that came with a small fridge, plenty of pillows, and even a fireplace. Would recommend for anyone traveling around the area.

N/A (No breakfast.) The lovely room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We especially appreciated the responsive and hard working staff.

It would have been good to have a comfortable chair and reading lamp. That said, Eric, the office manager, immediately found an extra lamp to put on the table, which met our needs very well!

Nicely decorated/updated rooms in a great location. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Minor criticism - We had a ground floor room that was adjacent to a rather bright outside light. The blinds in the room weren’t sufficient to block out much of the light, and thus it felt like it was ‘sunrise’ for the entire night. But overall, a great place to stay.

Room was spacious for a family with 2 young kids, beds comfortable. location is quite good, with view to the rock and close to all the beachfront restaurants

Pillows were lumpy, all of them. the sink is outside the shower/bathroom, so it's a bit weird (despite unique design). Note the refrigerator does not have a freezer. it cools well, but does not have a freezing section

The location was great! The staff I interacted with were also great. Very helpful and friendly. The decor was new and nice. I would definitely stay there again. We also liked the fire pit outside at night.

Although the bathroom as a whole was a little small, the bigger problem was that there was not much room on the sink for toiletry items. More countertop space would have been better. We also had some problems with the internet being spotty and the cable box restarting itself several times in the evening.

The decor is super cute and the beds were very comfortable. View was great even from the ground floor even thought it was over the parking lot. Loved the electric fireplace. Best steak ever at Harbor Hut

The blinds were very neat but did zero to block out the street signage. We used the chairs and pillow bolsters to block it out. Recommend a sleep mask

nothing. sink was a bit small but no problem with the space and mirrors outside the room. gave plenty of space for two ladies to get their makeup done in the morning 😉
