Very very spotless clean room and bed. The MOST comfortable bed I've ever slept in and now want to find out how to buy one! This room had a sink, fridge, coffee maker, a full size desk, comfy couch for visitors, and super clean and well maintained bathroom. The cooler worked too well and I had to turn it off because I got cold ( this is an excellent thing for Chico, CA). Restaurant next door with excellent food and I don't have anything bad to say at all. The front desk manager on duty was sharply dressed and very kind and helpful.

Nothing....everything was perfect!

We arrived a little early and were greeted by two exceptionally nice young ladies. One of our rooms was ready, and they requested housekeeping finish the adjoining room while we were checking in. The whole facility was bright, clean, and very comfortable. After our outing in Chico we returned and the kids used the indoor pool and spa. The breakfast buffet the next day was delicious, and had quite a variety. This will certainly be our "go to" facility every year we come to Chico.

The breakfast was very nice. The bathroom had dispensers mounted on the wall in the bathroom and shower. The couch was comfortable for sitting

This was a new facility and some thing did not work at first. The toilet leaked when flushed. The shampoo dispenser was broken. There was no trash can in the kitchen area. There was no pen or paper in the room. There were no paper towels or napkin in the kitchen. There were only cups for coffee non for water. Microwave was not secured and moved when I push the door open button. Although there were two people in the room there was only one coffee packet. The cable cord for the TV was too short you could not turn it so you could watch from the bed. One ceiling light in the kitchen was not working, it was marked with blue tape and a note. I am sure all these issues will get fixed given some time they have only been one 3 months and like everyone else are trying to hire more staff.

This was my second stay at the new Hampton Inn Chico. My grandson and I stayed here earlier this year. I brought my husband back because I really enjoyed it. The breakfast has definitely improved since we were here in the Spring. Sausages were great, bacon perfect. They did run a little short on food; however, the Silver Dollar Races are in town, and several wedding parties. That being said, the entire place was clean, smelled nice. The rooms are ridiculously big. Great Shampoo/Conditioner and I really like the dispenser bottles. Perfect!

I think when they know in advance that it's going to get busy, perhaps prepare the kitchen supplies better? And I know it seems picky, but I really love good coffee, and Hampton's falls just a bit shy. Overall, those are the only two little things. This is a great hotel, amazing pool, excellent spacious, clean rooms.

Great Location, Luke the manager was helpful and friendly. the breakfast was wonderful and thank you for having some diabetic selections. Would have given a 10 rating, but as we were leaving the room we found a trail of ants in the bathroom, most unfortunate. Lots of plugs and USB ports for charging.

Ants - but again Luke was right on top of the situation and getting it looked into.

The staff was excellent. They are all engaged and have great people skills. They were very accommodating with our service dog, and greeted us every time we came in. The breakfast was included in the price, and was very nice, with more than just pastries and coffee. The rooms were nicely appointed and clean. It was everything we would expect from a hotel, but the staff was exceptional.

No complaints, but you might consider having a few more fruit options (or fruit salad). But if it doesn't seem to be popular, you don't want fruit to be wasted and I understand!

I loved the fact that it is brand new. And the staff, especially Jaedon Green and the young lady working with him (who's name escapes me), went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were quite helpful and I can tell they take pride in this place and their work. The pool is amazing, the bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the room (double queen) was spacious. And the pool. I live in the area, and frankly, I came here for a break from the 105 degree temperatures. Not only did the room temperature stay consistently comfortable, but the pool is indoors. There's not much air conditioning, and the water is clean, cool and comfortable, which makes swimming a real treat. We loved it. And the pool towels, thick, soft, and absorbent.

We stayed during the first week of the opening. Honestly, I don't like the barn sliding door on the bathroom. I get the concept, but in my opinion it's not going to work with more than one person staying in the room. There's no lock, and you can actually see in if one tried. The coffee was very disappointing. I assumed that because it is the Hampton by Hilton, the quality of the coffee and breakfast, for that matter would have been better. For instance, there are only two choices for coffee. Light roast and decaf. For breakfast, one offering was "maple sausage". I know Polska kielbasa when I see it. Having said all that, we stayed a week after they opened so I know there are kinks to work out. It is an amazing place, very clean, with friendly and helpful staff.

Everything. So clean, ac was amazing, the staff was amazing (SHOUTOUT LUCAS/LUKE, what a legend. He helped me find additional places to tour in terms of housing and we secured an amazing place because of his recommendations). Complimentary breakfast was tasty, rooms were amazing. It was a fantastic stay.

I liked everything. Definitely would come back again

The front desk staff called the day before and asked if there’s any changes we would like to make and they accommodated our desires to switch to a different type room . top notch overall . pay the extra 30 bucks and actually enjoy your stay. walking distance across the parking lot to a large shopping center and also to a dinner restaurant

I was very happy with the location. It was close to shopping and restaurants. The manager was amazing. He was very courteous and helpful. The rest of the staff was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes clean rooms and a helpful staff. Breakfast was nice with options of eggs, waffles, and other Breakfast foods.

I didn't see anything that needed attention.
