Just came back from the short trip. Traveled with husband and child. I've read a lot of reviews about strong smoke smell on the casino floor. But it wasn't bad at all, compare to other casinos. Room was amazing, clean and spacious. Bathroom is gorgeous with large bathtub. Everything is well maintained and clean. We liked the pool too. It is located behind the gas station so there is a little bit of walking from the hotel. Pool is large and clean. I've also read that slots are not loose. But we managed to win some money and overall enjoyed the play time. They have free fountain drinks with a self service on the casino floor. Food at Acorn was really good. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast the next morning there.

The room was comfortable, the bed was great. I liked the bathroom. The concert/venue was awesome. The maid in the hall was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast service at the Acorn Cafe was slowwwww..... we could not get coffee, let alone our food, in a timely manner. Breakfast should not take 1.5 hours. Understaffed!! The smoking was ridiculous. It should not be allowed in this day and age. This is why I do not care for Indian Casinos in general, and try to avoid them. The cost of the stay was high for the location.

this wasn't my first visit I have been here plenty of times.I can say from my last visit, your hotel has improved a great deal I didn't have dog feses in the room this time thank you for that.And I didn't have running water last time as the water wasn't working and I havd to go elsewhere to bathe and shower as there wasn't any water( it wasn't the greatest stay I had I would have liked my money refunded for them room it was lousy..but I booked it again

Very clean, comfortable, updated rooms. Free parking. Jacuzzi tub was awesome. I stayed there to be near Oroville Hospital, and it was just a five minute drive to the hospital. I ate at both restaurants multiple times and had great service, decent food, reasonable prices.

Lots of loud, drunken neighbors, which is to be expected at a casino I suppose.

Two restaurants on site - breakfast is good at Acorn but both restaurants are a bit limited for dinner selection. When a "rough patch" was encountered, the gentleman I was dealing with went above and beyond to help out - a true champion (thank you, Alex!).

It might seem petty but no cork screw provided in the hotel room. When requested to have one brought up (or borrowed), the hotel refused based on "safety reasons". They offered to have us bring the bottle down to a restaurant where they could uncork the bottle - for an $8 fee. Very unreasonable; fortunately, the fellow at the restaurant agreed and opened the bottle for no charge.

Every place I bought food impressed me because the food was so good. The size of the room and the Jacuzzi in the bathroom were also pleasant surprises.

I was a bit disappointed with the price when I opted to stay another night. The second night was almost $100.00 more than the first night. I'm kinda spoiled because I get rooms comped at two other casinos. Hard Rock and Thunder Valley each comp me a room 2 nights a week.

Good price and location. Clean facilities and decent cafe.

You had a menu insert that described various meal specials we were interested in but they weren’t offered in the Acorn. We were seated with drinks before we found that out. Very disappointing.

The elevators were convenient and there were plenty of places to eat. The room was amazing and clean. beautiful view from the fifth floor as well.

There wasn't enough trash cans they were really small and you couldn't fit much in them

Nice layout and the casino itself was nice the restaurant I dined in at was delightful I had the Chipotle shrimp pasta . Very flavorful

Just the smell of cigarettes is all but for the most part many casinos allow smoking.

hotel and restaurant was excellent as were the personal. check in is a hassle. suggest some near by parking be reserved for check in. the check in process itself should be streamlined.
