Everything from accommodating to checkin and checkout needs were met. Starting with friendly staff, atmosphere and room were above and beyond our expectations. We were from out of town for just one night. Location was very convenient with everything you need last minute. From catching a quick bite or last minute shopping. Will def stay again! 💯

Stairs was a bit difficult to figure out if you like taking the stairs, especially to the 3rd floor. If you have time though, you can figure it out :)

The staff was super friendly, helpful, and professional! The whole building is bright and clean. The room was large and perfect for my daughter, my dog and me. The location was awesome, right next to Mimis and when I had a trailer issue, I went to h9me depot across the street and got it fixed before dark. We had been driving for 3 days, got locked out in a rest area in the middle of the mountains, and we truly felt spoiled at this hotel compared to other 'travelers hotels'. The rooms were clean and super quiet, even though we were on the 1st floor facing the parking lot.

The price was high for the brand but I guess that's the market for hotels in Elk Grove.

Very Dog Friendly, had our 70 lbs dog with us. Added my daughter and her 70 lbs dog at the last minute and had no issues. The dogs are an extra $70 for the weekend. The Staff was helpful and friendly. Was a good experience. We've used thus location 3 times in the last year.

The HVAC unit air filter needed the be changed, you could smell the "People Dander" when it was on. Reported it to the front desk as we checked out. They stated they will take care of it.

Cleanliness is the most important thing I want in a hotel, and this Holiday Inn Express was very clean!

Reserved a ADA room thinking it would have the higher toilet and bars in the shower. I know under ADA they only have to have a toilet seat riser available but that is not always the case, so when I have to stay at a hotel I bring a riser with me. As for the shower there was only one bar. I couldn’t shower because one short bar right under the shower is not sufficient to feel stable and safe in the shower when you have disabilities.

The location was excellent. Felt very safe. Close to shopping area and good restaurants. Chinese restaurant in same parking area was fantastic. Breakfast was great. Lots of hot foods and plenty of cold food. Very clean hotel. Rooms have plenty of room - very spacious.

property was modern with lots of parking and their complimentary breakfast was decent. i also like that they provided complimentary Dove toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash)

I asked for 2 extra blankets and had higher expectations because the blankets that was given to us was old and raggedy

Very good breakfast included in price of room. Location was very good for our trip, just off Route 99 and easy to find.

Found a cockroach in the room on our last morning. Shouldn't have have brought food to the room for breakfast one morning.

Extremely quiet, heard a noise once in 3 days there

$2.50 for a half liter bottle of water. Every motel I stayed at before would have 2 bottles in room every day at no cost. A bottle of water cost about 20 cents. Get real

It was clean. Beds were comfy. Nice 24/7 coffee and water bar. There are lots of eateries and shopping close by if that’s what one would like to do. For us it was a stopping point returning from our Portland area home to our San Diego area home.

Located on very busy road just off of CA99 in a mall setting so the parking was shared parking and could have a visual on our vehicle which we like to do especially being new and the number one vehicle for a certain item stolen from the vehicle. Yes we requested a pet friendly room and we know put people in certain rooms. Speaking of pet friendly. If you book here there isn’t a lot of places to walk your dogs. All the area surrounding the hotel and mall have ivy in areas where you’d maybe want to take you’re dogs. There is a dirt strip area at the back of the hotel property but when we were there there were sea containers blocking you from feeling you could safely walk you’re dogs especially after dark.

Not enough parking for those staying there. We want to park close by the hotel. Lots of business parking but since you rent out the banquet room there’s no parking space for guest to park close by.
