The cleanliness of the lobby. I would like to give a shout out to Ahmad! Someone had accidentally took my phone to Folsom so I didn’t have my confirmation info with me but I had stopped there to go to the bathroom. It just happened to be a Hampton room. It was late and I told Ahmad of my dilemma and he was able to locate my reservation. It just so happens I stopped at the very hotel that I reserved and didn’t realize it until he found my reservation! Ahmad you are awesome!!!!!! Thanks again!!!

It was difficult to figure out the AC and the TV didn’t have very many options to watch movies.

Medication is right off the freeway so it's very convenient. Plenty of parking and in a nice little shopping area that had a lot of green trees and crickets chirping at night, so very restful. Room was huge and comfortable with two beds and good air system in the room. Breakfast did have eggs which I could eat and also nuts which I could eat. But many other doughy sugary things that I cannot eat. Clerk did not know how to use fax machine and I am afraid that I will not get paid as I was not able to submit my timesheet with the fax. I love how it was has those bacterial wipes available everywhere.. also appreciated paper plates and utensils along with a microwave you could use. This way I could microwave my broccoli in a mug I brought

The room was $200 and it seemed very expensive for the location which is suburban and not in a city. I would like to see healthier items at breakfast. There's a lot of sugar and dough and sweet yogurt and sweet juices and carby breads. I'm on a medical diet for prediabetes. Please let's get some greens in the breakfast.

The property is very clean and quiet. All the toiletries and bedding are also free of harsh chemicals. We are grateful for the hospitality- the staff are very nice and friendly. The variety of breakfast items is definitely a lot more than most motels- hot food and make your own waffles! We also loved the fact that the place is very dog friendly.

The additional $125 for our doggies.

The breakfast was excellent. A nice variety of food. The hours the breakfast was available were convenient. The staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. All areas of the hotel was exceptionally clean.

Furnishings were a little outdated in the rooms as well as the shared areas. I'm satisfied with everything else.

This is our go-to hotel when visiting family in the Sacramento Delta. Close to the Delta, Sacramento, shopping and many options for dining close by. Great to have breakfast at the buffet before heading out.

It seems to be a favorite for large groups such as sports teams which can impact the breakfast area.

The experienced staff was great! Great location. Pet friendly but was without pet smells or chemical smells.

Booking.com didn’t communicate our reservation to them so initially it was challenging. It appeared one new person didn’t have the support they needed and perhaps on her own too soon…. We felt bad for her. Downstairs ice machine was not working, microwave was dirty.

Good location, passing through from Lake Tahoe on our way to San Francisco. Nice complimentary breakfast, comfortable and clean room. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning unit was old and noisy.

When you lay on a bed and it is so comfortable you are asleep before you know you laid down..... WOW~

You have to pay attention when driving or you pass it. Better road side signage.

We were only there long enough to sleep. The room was very clean and smelled good which was great.

We liked the layout of the king room suite (for a several night stay). We liked: the kitchenette, flat screen TV (and captioning for deaf), coffee maker, sink, refrigerator, microwave set up, the bedside lamps with 2 electrical outlets each to plug in items, being able to set the temperature control for the room We liked that there were stores, banks, gas stations, the highway nearby, coffee and restaurants, food places nearby (but not too close). The hotel itself is in a newer and nicer area of Elk Grove, was very busy, and seemed like it was kept up pretty well for the volume of people. We called to arrive later than anticipated for our first night, with no issues. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. I like that they took the precautions they did regarding COVID.

The electrical outlet for the coffee maker was not working. For us using another outlet was not a big deal. A day or two later the coffee maker quit. It took awhile to get another one (and mostly due to how busy they are at the hotel). The rooms were not being serviced due to COVID so extra work to get towels and rid of garbage. However they were very accommodating in that regard if called to get it serviced (and due to COVID). Breakfast came with room cost, however it is over by 9 am each day and unknown what will be served til the day. If you're a morning person no issues. I could only make the breakfast on the weekend over at 10 am. They had a better breakfast than some places. The TV has very few channels. However we were not there to watch tv much..
