its a great hotel , rooms are very nice

what i didn't like THE deposit, comfort inn is out of control with this. 200 dollars twice I've stayed there and not been charged a deposit which drew me back thinking cool there getting to know me, and then you look at your bank statement and boom there it is and they don't have to tell since its declared in the hotels policy. it takes about 5 days to get that back from choice.. Hampton inn double tree they don't charge me at all i have diamond status with Hilton and you don't get that by destroying your room .

Lovely staff, particularly the night staff-a young woman when we checked in; and “Yolanda” the outstanding breakfast service worker. The hotel provided a simple but hot and satisfying meal. Yolanda maintained a very clean and tidy, welcoming space.

The hotel looks like it could use “freshening,” from top to bottom, but was fine-clean overall. Parking while very tight was safe and convenient.

We liked that it was very clean, bed was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and great shower pressure. We liked that it had a parking lot both in front and back of building, as we had a rental car. Friendly staff.

It stated no smoking in all of the rooms but we could smell smoke in the hallway from one of the rooms.

The beds here are always comfortable. I come through often for work and because of it’s location it’s my go-to spot. The staff is always friendly here. They even had plastic ware for customers in a pinch. the value was good, and proximity to coffee and gas is perfect.

The best thing is location, however it being off Howe Ave. it does tend to get a little noisy.

Asked for a late check out...no problem thanks. Check in staff was courteous and professional. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Coffee was hot.

Access to the parking lot was surrounded by large roads, slightly noisy but it was not a problem except for getting in and out of the parking lot.

Room had fantastic air conditioning to help with the heat. Breakfast was super convenient and early enough for me to eat decently before starting Zoom calls. Staff was helpful and kind.

Wifi at the desk in my room got a little unstable during a morning Zoom. Only pain point that could use improvement for me.

Did not get breakfast I believe related to covid-19 precautions. Was greeted promptly by very pleasant staff member who made check-in very fast and easy. Was absolutely pleased when entering the room all the comforts of home presented in clean modern manner, very spacious with for once the right stock of towels and 4 pillows nice and fluffy per bed very comfy.

The adjacent motel had very shady characters that spilled over and we're harassing me and was standing outside exit side door when I went to retrieve belongings from my vehicle.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and in good repair. I knew there most likely wouldn't be a breakfast but I was quite pleasantly surprised to find they'd put together grab-n-go goodie bags. It had a muffin, an apple, a delicious granola bar, and a juice box. Plus they had to go coffee there.

There isn't much parking, the lot is awkward, and quite a few of the spots are compact car only so the regular spaces disappear quickly. I liked the check out drop box so I didn't have to wait for a clerk, I could just drop the room key in and leave.

located close to CSUS where my son is studying breakfast spread was amazingly good

the credit card system is outdated. didn’t accept my chip card (which didn’t have any problem anywhere in US) it didn’t have the pin entry so transaction got declined with multiple attempts. used my son’s debit card.

It was clean and comfortable

The fire alarm went off at 4am which interrupted our sleep. The staff told us this had not happened before. Apparently someone broke the window in the front which triggered the alarm
