The room was very spacious. The only thing we weren’t told was that the couch in the room turned into a bed. So one of us was uncomfortable all night. But everything else was great! Clean restrooms, lots of towels. Breakfast was great! You get to make your own pancakes or waffles!

As stated before, the only unfortunate thing was that we were not told that the couch turned into a bed, so unfortunately one of us did not sleep very well. It wasn’t till the morning that they were looking for their phone between the cushions that we realized it was a bed.

My room and all facilities were exceptionally clean and well kept. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure you felt welcome and address any needs. Very conveniently located off of highway 41, with gas and food readily available. Bed linens and towels were lovely and very comfortable. Fridge and microwave right in room were very convenient.

My mattress was very hard, but that is just a matter of personal preference and you can't make everyone happy when it comes to such things.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept better than I ever have at a hotel. The room was surprisingly quiet for being located off of a frontage road. The staff was friendly and made check in and out a breeze. Pete at the front desk provided top notch customer service. He was very helpful and hand delivered sheets to us for the fold out bed! The breakfast and coffee were delicious as well. This is a GREAT place to stay, especially for families! We will return!

The breakfast was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The TV was great and easy to operate.

The refrigerator was making a loud, banging noise and we had to unplug it because it woke us up multiple times during the night. Our room was located close to the front desk and there were some loud voices we could hear late at night and early in the morning. But that is not the hotel’s fault, just room proximity.

Everything was nice about the property from the entrance to the room. The room was organized and felt spacious. The lobby was welcoming and clean. The lady that welcomed me and helped me out when i went earlier in the morning around 9-11am was really nice, helpful and funny. The peacock was cool too, I’ve never seen one, especially up close.

The couch in my room was a bit dirty and had crumbs on it i believe, we didn’t wanna touch or sit on it just in case. The room smelled kinda weird like chemical.

Very well kept up to date . very clean when arriving in our room. Beds were very comfortable as well. and, also I like the fact that our room had Netflix already set up and integrated into the Television. overall, a great stay and would come back again for another stay.

No complaints here at all. everything for my expectations were very much let.

Been coming back multiple times to stay and crash overnight whenever visiting Fresno. and, it’s been a great stay. comfortable beds always , clean bathrooms, and clean rooms upon arrival. and plus can’t forget the built in Netflix into the TV which is money, perfect.

Good value. We just needed a one night stay and was greeted with great service and friendly staff. Rooms were clean - check in easy. Breakfast absolutely okay. It was more quiet than expected and we had a good nights sleep.

Patrick and everyone at the front desk are so welcoming. Ricardo fixed a tripped light breaker immediately when I told them about a lamp that was not working…nice to see the consistency of staff and level of personal feeling for their guests

This is a wonderful motel from the spacious suite-like room and comfy bed to the nice breakfast and friendly staff. Especially appreciated Patrick at the front desk.

Was disappointed that there wasn’t a jacuzzi there on the one night we had time to enjoy one. But this was pretty insignificant compared to all the pluses
