Breakfast was great with various options. Indoor pool was warm and clean. Coffee and tea available whole day. Stuff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel located near highway, the first room we got was very loud. We asked for another room and we’re offered a quieter one.

The hot tub was not working (with no information why and when it will be working again). The laundry room was not working- again with no info why. Rooms are equipped with ragged chairs (the only messy furniture in the room but for this range of hotel this should not be acceptable).

The breakfast was exceptional! Professional staff and service. Clean and comfy. We stayed for 2 nights. Kids loved the pool :)

Our bathtub knob was broken/ not attached so we had to use a broken one to twist hot/cold water by hand :(. Our entry door did not lock. We could use a shoulder to push it open :) It was not safe to leave for a day knowing anyone could enter. Had some delay in the schedule until it was fixed but it was done very fast and professionally

Great location. The room was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Our room was very spacious which allowed our toddler to comfortably run around. A wide selection of breakfast that we thoroughly enjoyed. Best of all, a heated indoor pool and hot tub that we got to enjoy during this recent winter storm. This hotel will now be our go-to when we’re in Fresno.

Great variety for Breakfast selection (not just pastries) included hot food, fruit, plenty of coffee and drinks. Great size indoor pool and hot tub. Workout room was decent.

Furniture was worn out (we had a desk chair that was badly peeling). Towels seemed to be scarce for rooms and the pool area.

I liked everything about my stay. From the beginning of check in, to my check out. Everything was clean, fast and quiet. Breakfast was amazing.

I really love this hotel.. with the exception of last Saturdays party van incident it has been very quiet.. The breakfast rocks... the Staff is amazing... they always greet me when I come in from work...

The staff is wonderful. The location was perfect for our needs and the beds are comfortable. We have stayed here many times and we are always satisfied.

Breakfast did not meet expectations, which were low to begin with, but this is probably not the hotels fault. We were in the breakfast room at the same time as a high school wrestling team so it was picked over.

Really nice hotel. We were thinking that it'll be next roadside average but in reality, it was a good one. I'll definitely recommend it, all amanitas are maintained, the staff is nice and the breakfast good, as expected

Always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fabulous.

I didn’t care for the room location. It was in the corner at the entrance/ exit and we heard the door open/close and all the traffic every time. That was disturbing.

The customer service was great, I don't remember names, but everyone there was every nice and helpful. I come back because of the customer service.
