the customer service. the staff was very accommodating. we had a late check in and the room we initially got was unsatisfactory so we kindly spoke to the lady at reception and she moved us to a suite which was big and clean. so pleased.

the first room we were given looked like it wasn’t cleaned. there were items in the fridge that was from the previous guest. thankfully, reception was apologetic and gave us a much better room. she upgraded us to a suite.

The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is undergoing construction, supposed to be Dec 22 till summer 2023. I totally understand that they need to do work and update the place. However, the work hours are 7am-5pm. Promptly at 7am the workers started hammering away. I don’t put it as a negative but as a warning. If you want to sleep in don’t stay here. I’m an early rise and I got a great night’s sleep and a good breakfast but the hammering and sawing at 7am would’ve been a rude awakening.

Easy check in, extra blankets were given, friendly staff clean comfortable rooms with dove soap what I appreciated the most I cannot thank you enough for was the makeup remover wipe in the bathroom because I forgot mine and we stayed from a wedding so I had a ton of makeup to take off was so thankful

Breakfast hours should be extended

The property was close to the park our daughter was playing at, which was a big bonus for us. Even though there was construction going on it was quiet and comfortable. The gym could have some weightlifting equipment but overall it was a good gym.

The hall where the elevators were was a bit tight. But not really a big deal to us. Our wagon stroller still fit and was fine.

refurbished room is a dream! everything brand new and updated-bathroom beautiful, AC, widescreen TV, comfortable beds. Only thing wrong was the freeway outside our window was noisy if you want to open window. would definitely stay there again in future!

Good breakfast, nice and clean area. Room is clean. Ice machine is clean. Hotel is located in a nice area. quiet and clean. I will come back, and highly suggest to other travelers. Staff are friendly.

Can we add hash brown to breakfast?

Everything except the window (see below), The bed was comfy that allowed me to get much needed rest (my reason for the stay)

The windows were "duel pane" however, they both opened. The outside one was slightly opened and I was unable to close it, so it made it a little noisy.

Room was good, beds are very comfortable.

There was a fire alarm in the morning and we gathered outside by the entrance. No hotel staff talked to us during the duration of the alarm, and only the firemen informed us that all was clear. When we entered the hotel again, the guests in the dining area did not seem to be perturbed.
