Holiday Inn Express Fullerton-Anaheim, an IHG Hotel

Great breakfast from 6am-9am. Eggs, sausage Links and Pattie’s, homemade potatoes, pancakes, bagel, cereal and fruit, orange juice, milk and chocolate milk. Large area to sit down and eat. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were clean. They provide Dove body wash,shampoo and conditioner (it smells so good). Great customer service by phone and at the desk. Quiet area in the lobby for work or study. Fresh coffee all day. Close to Downtown Fullerton, Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. Target and Marshalls across the street.

I have stayed there twice now and the staff have been very friendly both times. They include a breakfast which is nice before heading to activities for the day. The room is reasonably updated and comfortable. The location is also near food, EV charging, and a Target.

The elevator is a little small and they only have one. The room floor could have been a little cleaner but was pretty standard for a hotel as the floors could almost always be cleaner.

The beds were so comfortable! Like legit high end hotel bedding. The place was right off the freeway and close to stores and restaurants and lots of shopping. The parking was free which was awesome!

It was just a little too far To Disneyland when your coming back home from the park exhausted. It takes about 15-20 mins. Otherwise this place was great and I slept amazing!

Best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! So many options and the ladies worked hard to keep every item stocked up. Fresh baked cinnamon rolls, bacon, sausages, eggs, bagels and cereals and fresh pancakes. Room was clean and updated. Beds were decently comfortable, pillows were a little firm. Big bottles of shampoo/conditioner/soap were great to have. Mini fridge and micro in the room. Parking was not a problem at night, just had to go to the very back since it was packed. Pleasant hotel workers. Near Target and a shopping center. Walking distance I would say. Free shuttle to Disney. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

pets were allowed at booking however at checkin we were last minute informed there is a 50.00 Per Night fee for the animal. That is an unacceptable surprise. Had i known that i would have looked for other properties. I trust booking.com to inform or screen me aginst last minute surcharges. I will continue to use booking.com in the future.

Great location! 10m from Disney and 5-10min to a Walmart or target. Room is clean and they have plenty of parking. We were able to check inn early without any extra fees.

Hotel only has one elevator and no laundry.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. All our requests were fulfilled immediately with no issues(towel requests etc). Breakfast was delicious and location was excellent.

No laundry room or jacuzzi

excellent breakfast with a lot of choices. clean room, with ref and microwave- ideal for long stays. plus points for the shuttle going to Disneyland, close to a lot of restaurants and shops

not soundproof. noisy drunk neighbors fighting in room next door for HOURS, kept us awake until after 2AM when I finally called the front desk and they said they would call security…finally silent!

Staff did not let us check in early we had a baby shower at 3pm and she did not allow us to check in until 3pm. But she allowed others. She also was rude not friendly and made it a point to say I needed to be out by 11am! very rude. Also very loud at 6am
