The air kept turning off it hot stuffy in the room

it was really close to disneyland. the staff was really friendly and they cleaned my room well. i love how they decorated the room after i leave a mess behind. clean and comfy. no bugs or anything, not in my room at least.

well everything was perfect, the location was just too close to disneyland and around 9 there will be fireworks. at first i even thought someone was bagging on a door or something but overall everything was perfect.

The room was clean.The staff was very nice. All appliances worked in the room and were clean. There is enough parking that you didn't have to worry if you had a spot when you came back at midnight from Disneyland. This made was one less thing I needed to worry about on our trip. Overall, we had a great trip.

If you dont enjoy the sound of fireworks going off, then you shouldn't stay here. Since its so close to Disneyland, you can really hear them. For us, we love it, so it was just an added perk to our stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean other than a stain on the chair, comfortable, and inviting with fair pricing. This location was also within a 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland which was great. The office did offer snacks and drinks to purchase if needed.

It would have been even better if continental breakfast was available, but alas, it wasn't. The armchair in our room had a big stain on the seat that made us avoid using it, but otherwise, the room was well kept and clean.

This property is so close to Disney and we paid for parking at Disney but I’m not even sure we had too! it was clean, staff were very friendly, and I found the location was right in the middle of everything! went to Hollywood for a day and San Diego zoo for a day! the pool area was nice and beds were very comfortable would really recommend this place and the price was good! we could even see the Disney fireworks from the hotel one night that they went off!

From the window of our room, we could see the fireworks at night (maybe from the Disneyland? different rooms may have different view); it was great. The workers here were nice; our room was clean after cleaning room service everyday. There was laundry machines and drying machines, which were convenient. The location was near to Disney (by walking or shuttle bus).

If drinking water foutain could be offered, that would be excellent!

Lady at front desk when I checked us in was so rude. Someone needs to let her know that she is working in customer service and a hello and a good bye or even answering simple questions like is restaurant next door good no comment. Where do we get breakfast no answer. Not sure what her problem was. Any how my other complaint is that the on the go breakfast was a granola bar, cinnamon bun could have been better.

The room was clean and comfortable, plus the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect! There's a Starbucks down the street, only a couple blocks from Disney parking garage, Walmart close by in case you need more sunscreen :) , plenty of quick food options nearby, and easy access to a major interstate to connect to other activities. We would definitely stay here again.

I saw the breakfast room with tables and possibly coffee and hope maybe it would be open if we stayed again...I figured it was closed because of Covid. The grab and go breakfast was great though, especially the blueberry muffins! Also, housekeeping cleaned & changed our sheets when we only stayed 2 nights which exceeded our expectations! I felt bad we had no idea they were coming and the room was pretty messy before they came but was very nice to come back to a clean room after a long day at Disneyland: ) Thank you!
