The location was great, close to Disneyland. This is our 2nd time and we chose this one because of the free shuttle.

The hotel was great but we ended up paying for parking when the advertisement online said free parking. It was free last time and this time we stayed 2 nights so we paid for 2 nights of parking. And the beds were hard.

The free shuttle bus to Disneyland was the reason we stayed here as we didn’t have a car (and I had stayed here a few years before for the same reason). The proximity to Disneyland. The gardens are lovely. There’s a nice swimming pool with towels available

Housekeeping was reduced - I don’t know if this is due to COVID but as there are certainly thousands of people in Disneyland that I don’t think anywhere can use COVID as an excuse for bad or reduced service these days! Guests had left dirty plates and bags of trash in the corridors and this was not removed for the duration of our stay. Also, there was a very reduced service of places to eat in the hotel. There was no buffet for breakfast, lunch or dinner and this was very disappointing. No vegan options. Housekeeping did not come to clean - again, using COVID as an excuse - NOT ACCEPTABLE ! It’s a pity there aren’t really any restaurants within walking distance nearby, but we were able to order delivery service from a nearby Indian restaurant which was delicious and a life-saver !

Disney shuttle service was available. Pool was great and koi fish pond with the ducklings running around was pretty cool too. Atmosphere was very welcoming and there is plenty of space in the lobby to enjoy yourself. California deli was convienent kept us from driving all around the city for basic needs and both girls were extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were huge and accommodated us perfectly for a family of 7. This will be our go to Disney hotel in the future.

Had issues with one member of the staff, she was not very welcoming but other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

I was in room 2218. The beds were nice. Huge rooms. Looks like they r updating areas. The front entrance is beautiful. My room had nice carpet and tree shadow on walls were nice. Big closet. Bathroom is good size. Shuttle service to Disneyland is great. Guest relations very helpful. Love the service. Already book my next yr birthday 2024 60th. Will stay here.

I was in room 2218. The telephone by the bed did not work, the A/C didn’t work right kept turning off. It was hot and humid. Had to open windows. My room had older dressers and desk, (if they sand and refinish would look great). Bathroom needs updating in shower tiles and shower head. Need to refinish the mirror. Do like style a lot of mirror. Wish parking was included or at least one car. If multiple cars then need to pay. One car per unit free parking.

The property is absolutely stunning. Sprawling courtyards with a rose garden, ducks, fountain, gazebo, pool and jacuzzi, and tons of dog friendly areas. Our son loved the princess, and the kids area is great. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and they even gave us a dog bed and bowls for our pup! After staying at so many hotels that don't really accommodate with their accommodations, this was a breath of fresh air. We will be back for many years to come!

The only 2 things were: 1. Be prepared for the fireworks display, nightly, at 930pm. It shakes the building, it's extremely jarring if you're not expecting it. 2. The water was a bit funny smelling in the bathrooms. They need to look into a better filtration system.

Very close to Disney with free shuttles! Unicorn themed room was a plus.

The hotel has very nice atmosphere and relaxing gardens It is very close to disney park and has frequent shuttles which makes visiting disney parks much more enjoyable because you can hop for lunch at the hotel and come back. The staff was friendly and flexbile - we changed dates at the last moment because we were delayed by a storm.

The extra bed (were were 6 people in a suite) which is a couch opening to a bed is uncomfortable to sleep in (we had to move the matress to the floor). The room was a bit old (but still very comfortable and with a view to the nice gardens)

I like the location is very close to Disneyland and I like the lobby too that you have that so fast to talk and drink coffee there

You need to be more clean and it's not fair that we have to pay the parking pass every day for the car if you already paid us stay

We come here every time we go to Disneyland as we are key holders. Location plays a big part but I would say the staff and shuttle service is the reason why we keep coming back. staff is friendly, answers our questions and shuttle drivers does their best to accommodate us every time. the hotel shuttle has a great schedule to and back from the park.

I have been to high end hotels like Hilton and they provide at least 1-2 free bottle of water in the room or during check in given at the front counter when room key is handed. if being given at front counter having staff ask if guest would like complimentary water bottles would be nice to have. the time we get into the room I always find myself needing to take meds or thirsty due to travel and checkin time. also will there be any options for free continental breakfast (buffet style) in the future or add on to the room as option for a small fee on website and on 3rd party booking sites? have vouchers provided to number of party booked. this makes it easy for families to eat prior to going to the park. self serve to makes things quicker.
